“User-friendly and quick to set up
Pros
Bevy is a very easy to use event management platform that makes setting up events a hassle free task. Also it has a quick setup process, so you can get your event up and running in no time. Whether you are planning a small get-together or a big conference, it really helps simplify things and ensures everything goes smoothly.
Cons
I feel like the pricing right now is not really affordable for most startups, which can be a challenge for smaller businesses.

I love how Bevy offers so many great features, like the ability to scale events, localization options, detailed analytics, ease of use, top-notch customer support and how simple it is to implement.
Cons
I did love to see more API integration options and the ability to customize the design a bit more.

“A helpful tool!
Pros
Thanks to Bevy, we have really embraced customer-led events. It lets our customer chapter leaders organize and manage events the way they want, which has seriously boosted engagement and built a stronger community. Plus the platform is so easy to use for everyone whether you are an end user, a chapter leader or someone working in HQ. Managing and participating in events is seamless and fun now.
Cons
One thing I really wish Bevy had is the ability for members to communicate directly with each other and build a network within the platform. Also, being able to upload event documents, notes and such directly into Bevy would be very helpful.

“Best platform for building our user community
Pros
When we decided to build our user group program, we knew Bevy would be perfect for the job. The setup process was super smooth and we got the hang of it right away. We have been using it for two years now and it is been a smooth ride building our chapters around the world. Both our Customer Success Manager and the support team have been amazing as they are always quick to help. We are excited to keep growing our program with Bevy.
Cons
For us, it would have been great if Bevy had an integration with our community platform as this would have made it much easier to engage with both our online community members and user group members.

“An all-in-one solution
Pros
Bevy gives our community leaders the tools they need to get creative with their meetups, which is exactly what we need from a platform. From writing event descriptions and uploading photos to communicating with attendees and customizing images, it's all there. Plus, their support team is excellent, always thorough, consistent and ready to help.
Cons
Well this is not really a dislike, but I think it would be a nice feature if Bevy could include the date and time of events in the Slack integration. Right now, it only shows the event title, link and description, but adding the date and time would make things a lot clearer.

“Runs smoothly
Pros
Bevy is really simple to use which is a huge plus. We host over 100 virtual events a year with more than 5,000 participants and it runs smoothly every time. Each update continues to improve based on our feedback which makes it even better for our needs.
Cons
Two years ago, Bevy did not have the best virtual meeting tools but now they've made huge improvements. Which simply means Bevy team really listens to feedback and is getting better!

Pros
Setting up events on Bevy is so quick and easy. Also the platform makes it super simple to get everything ready in no time.
Cons
The web-conferencing option does have a few limitations, like the lack of breakout rooms which is a huge deal for us. We really need that feature to make things more interactive.

Bevy's great for creating and managing events. In short it's proven to be a great tool for us.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that I cannot export the email list. It is blocked for some reason, probably due to privacy issues and it causes a bit of a hassle.

Pros
I have been using Bevy for over five years now and it is hands down the best platform for community management. It is so easy to use, from onboarding new members to creating and managing events. I also love the automated emails and other features that make everything so seamless. Bevy is definitely the best out there when it comes to managing communities.

Bevy is quite efficient and easy to use, whether you are managing virtual or in-person events as a community lead. A highly recommended software from my side to others.
Cons
I really wish I could edit the automatically generated email for events. Like it would be nice to have a flexibility with the messaging.

Pros
Organizing communities, newsletters and both virtual and in-person events is not a problem anymore, thanks to Bevy software. It's dashboard makes everything easy to manage and I love that I can have multiple chapters with different directors and permissions.
Cons
At times there is a slight delay when pulling speaker or partner info during event setup, but it is nothing a quick page refresh cannot fix.

“The best platform we've used so far
Pros
It has quickly become my favorite platform and it keeps getting better. I had a few challenges when I first started using it but now I cannot imagine using anything else. Not only it is easy to navigate but I also love how much it's improved over time.
Cons
Even though Bevy is my go to platform, some of my event attendees still have trouble logging in, especially if they join after the event has started. I think it would be very helpful if Bevy add a Join button right after registration so attendees can hop into events without waiting for an email.
