Pros

The platform is secure, very easy to use and easy to navigate. Setting up Board packs, adding attendees and uploading documents is quick and simple. The ability to grant or restrict access to specific documents is a useful feature and Board members find the portal easy to use with immediate access to documents, no long waits for uploads or portal refreshes. Customer support is excellent whenever needed and I regularly use the portal for uploading materials for Audit and Board Meetings, as well as other ad-hoc meetings.

Cons

There is nothing I do not like. It has all the tools I need and more.

It's a great centralized space for storing all Board papers and updating them in real time. It works well for all committees, not just Board meetings.

The portal is well organized and provides easy access to all materials needed for meeting preparation, discussion and decision-making.

Would be great if minutes could be exported more easily as PDF files.

Everything is securely stored in one place, the platform is user-friendly and customer support is fantastic. I also appreciate how easy it is to add action points after each meeting.

Occasionally the login window makes me sign in twice but aside from that, the experience has been excellent.

There's no way to exclude certain guests from voting, even though not everyone at a Board meeting necessarily has voting rights.

It makes it incredibly easy to share information with Directors ahead of Board Meetings while keeping all documents securely stored in a single location.

Nothing we dislike, we're happy with all the features the platform offers.
