This tool has turned out to be really helpful for presentations especially when setting up executive-style meetings. It lets me build customized meeting rooms that match the company branding and I can upload slides along with explanatory videos and supporting documents to give everyone proper context. On top of that, it supports real-time collaboration, lets people annotate, runs participant polling and includes file sharing so the whole session stays interactive.

Cons

Even with all the features it already includes, there aren't many customization add-ons so the customization options can feel a bit limited for more specific needs.

It keeps my board informed and up to date with all the documents. There's just one upload on my end and they can view the materials or check past minutes and agendas anytime they want.

An simple, user-friendly platform that keeps all the key board details organized, members, contacts, committees and documents, in a way that's easy and accessible for everyone. I'm genuinely enjoying it and we've only just started rolling it out yet it's already saving me a ton of time. On top of that, their customer support has been outstanding, from sales and onboarding to how quickly and thoughtfully they respond when questions come up.

The only initial downside was the absence of an integrated Zoom link but that was fixed after we joined. At this point, nothing stands out as a real problem so there's nothing I dislike.
