Boardwise significantly enhances the efficiency and transparency of meeting management. It enables smooth task tracking across departments and offers a centralized hub for all meeting-related materials. The user friendly agenda management feature makes it easy to reschedule items and adjust time slots as needed.

Cons

Our team uses the minutes functionality in a somewhat non-standard way though that is by our own choice. Additionally, the assignment feature lacks full flexibility,for instance, once a Planner closes an assignment, there is limited ability to add comments or further interact with it.
