Pros

This software is incredibly user friendly and easy to adopt. Since implementing it, we've significantly expanded intranet usage, boosted employee engagement and improved internal communications. We particularly appreciate the smooth document upload, tagging and storage capabilities. The directory feature has also been a major upgrade,our employee directory is now far more user-friendly and efficient than our previous system. Additionally, the publishing tools for news articles and important messages are easy enough that we've been able to empower more people across the organization to share their updates quickly and effectively.

Cons

There are no major drawbacks to speak of. We have submitted a couple of enhancement requests and the team has been responsive in evaluating the feasibility of our suggestions.
