Pros

Before Gmail added its own scheduling feature, I found it an absolute lifesaver. It let me write emails when they were fresh in my mind and set them to send at the right time for my clients, instead of leaving them sitting in Drafts until I remembered to send them manually. Some emails really need to go out at a specific moment and this made that process much more manageable. It has been incredibly useful in keeping my workflow on track.

Cons

Can't think of anything I disliked about the software.

Keeping up with emails is really convenient for me especially when it comes to deleting messages and tracking them.

There's a slight lag at times when working with emails from external sources.

It offers an excellent range of features and I think the creator clearly did a fantastic job with everything this software is designed to manage.

It's only missing a few minor things but overall the way it's managed is very good.

Pros

Without a CRM that already handles email tracking, I find this is one of the best options for scheduling messages and keeping tabs on them. It works easily with Gmail which makes the whole process really convenient.

Cons

The free version only gives you a limited number of scheduled emails each month. Once you hit that cap, you have to move to a paid plan which is probably worth it if you don't already have a CRM in place.

Pros

I feel like it's having a personal assistant built into Gmail, keeping track of tasks, emails and conversations I need to follow up on. The way it fits right into my Gmail account makes it especially convenient to use.

Cons

One small downside is that there have been a few occasions when an email didn't come back to my primary inbox which made it tougher to spot and actually get the reminder I was expecting.
