handy email scheduling

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is being able to schedule emails ahead of time.

Cons

The only downside is that it occasionally has to reload or refresh without any warning.

Easy email follow-up tools

Pros

Being able to schedule emails, have them return to my inbox days later if no one replies or they get ignored and track email activity has been really useful.

Cons

Over time, a lot of those features ended up being built into Gmail so it became less useful on that platform.

timely email scheduling win

Pros

Email scheduling is the feature we rely on most. It lets us send messages to donors, followers, newsletter subscribers and staff at specific times based on response needs and timing requests. As Director, I especially use it to send staff emails after hours so they land in inboxes first thing in the morning or right after lunch and that has helped improve response rates.

Cons

No drawbacks for us.

Affordable sync but delayed tracking

Pros

Getting it connected to my Gmail account was easy, the pricing felt budget-friendly and the notifications stayed relevant without becoming overwhelming.

Cons

Tracking was noticeably delayed around half the time and that ended up slowing down my overall documentation process.

flexible plans and inbox control

Pros

There are plenty of plan choices to pick from, including trial, free and subscription options. The basic version is free and the personal plan comes at a very low cost. I find it gives real peace of mind with email management, tracking, scheduling, analytics and several other useful features. It's especially helpful for keeping my inbox organized, clean and under control.

Cons

It can be frustrating at times when the sending limit runs out. Every now and then, the platform also feels a bit slow and takes a while to load.

Not worth replacing our crm

Pros

I gave this a try for some time with the goal of using it instead of our CRM. In the end, I found it wasn't really a workable replacement. Overall it was just okay.

Cons

After a while, I quit using it because the free version didn't offer enough and the paid version didn't feel worth the cost. We ended up going back to our CRM.

email tracking boosts everything!

Pros

It's made me a lot more productive and effective especially when it comes to keeping up with my emails. The email tracking feature is honestly incredible and I absolutely love it.

Cons

None at all. As far as I'm concerned, it's perfect. I'd gladly give it a 5 out of 5.

Perfect for scheduled emails

Pros

Running a business means I'm sometimes working at pretty unusual hours but I still keep set communication hours for my clients. It lets me write an email whenever I'm working and schedule it to send later which helps me stay productive without crossing the boundaries I've set around client communication.

Cons

I haven't really explored the other features much so I honestly don't have any complaints at this point.

Simple solution for email management :)

Pros

From the moment I started using it, it took care of all the issues I had with getting to inbox zero. I never really needed the more advanced features since I wasn't sending customer emails at the time.

Cons

The only downside was having to pay for it since it felt like something that should naturally be included in an email product which, of course, it is now.

One feature I really appreciate is the send scheduling. It lets me prepare emails in advance and have them sent later which is very helpful for managing my time and keeping communication organized. Another big advantage for me is the reminders and follow-up option since it helps make sure I do not miss any important task or forget to respond to key emails.

Cons

It does depend on having a stable Internet connection. If the connection drops some features may stop working until the service is back online.

Gmail scheduling that delivers

Pros

It improves just about every part of handling my email. I can schedule messages, snooze threads, pause incoming mail, share my availability and accept bookings, plus use read receipts, click tracking, inbox prioritization, custom themes and signature integration. It has become an essential part of my daily routine and has noticeably reduced my work stress. On a tablet, I find it works especially well and stands out as the best option.

Cons

Don't have any complaints. I think it fully deserves the five-star rating.

It has been really helpful for our program when it comes to handling emails across different situations. I can schedule messages to go out at the right time which prevents those middle-of-the-night sends or late-Friday emails that make no sense. It also makes it simple for me to track user engagement and set up automatic follow-up emails without extra hassle.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is being able to see how long staff or users actually spent reading an email. It would also help to have analytics presented in a more organized and better-grouped way overall.

Smart follow-ups

Pros

Being able to schedule email delivery has been really useful for me. I can set messages to go out at the times that work best for me and move on to other priorities, knowing they'll reach the right people promptly. The it feature is also a big plus because it brings back emails when I was expecting a reply and didn't get one so I can follow up without having to keep track of who I contacted the week before. That makes staying on top of conversations much more efficient.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about the software. The only thing I'd want is for one feature that's currently in the Pro tier to be included in the individual pricing plan.

It has been especially useful for me because of its email scheduling feature. It lets me write emails whenever it suits me and then send them at the right time later. The reminder option is also really helpful since it makes sure I don't forget to reply to follow-up emails.

Cons

Pros

Keeping tabs on my emails is much better with this since it sends instant alerts when messages are delivered, opened or clicked. That kind of real-time tracking is really useful to me.

Cons

One downside is that it's a paid service so the cost can add up depending on which plan you go with. Another limitation is that it only works with Gmail so it's not helpful if you use a different email provider.

fantastic reminders and support

Pros

Right from the start, I found the product simple to use and the benefits showed up almost immediately. It helps me keep up with my correspondence, stay current and remain focused throughout the day. The customer service team is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. What makes it even more useful for me is that it can also support other email services and essentially bring all my accounts together in one place.

Cons

haven't come across any real downsides with this product. If I could change just one thing, it would only be to improve the visual appearance a bit.
