Cons

Email scheduling is the feature we rely on most. It lets us send messages to donors, followers, newsletter subscribers and staff at specific times based on response needs and timing requests. As Director, I especially use it to send staff emails after hours so they land in inboxes first thing in the morning or right after lunch and that has helped improve response rates.

There are plenty of plan choices to pick from, including trial, free and subscription options. The basic version is free and the personal plan comes at a very low cost. I find it gives real peace of mind with email management, tracking, scheduling, analytics and several other useful features. It's especially helpful for keeping my inbox organized, clean and under control.
Cons
It can be frustrating at times when the sending limit runs out. Every now and then, the platform also feels a bit slow and takes a while to load.

Cons

I can schedule messages, snooze threads, pause incoming mail, share my availability and accept bookings, plus use read receipts, click tracking, inbox prioritization, custom themes and signature integration. It has become an essential part of my daily routine and has noticeably reduced my work stress. On a tablet, I find it works especially well and stands out as the best option.

I can set messages to go out at the times that work best for me and move on to other priorities, knowing they'll reach the right people promptly. The it feature is also a big plus because it brings back emails when I was expecting a reply and didn't get one so I can follow up without having to keep track of who I contacted the week before. That makes staying on top of conversations much more efficient.
Cons
