Pros

What I really appreciate about Callnote is its smooth integration with OneDrive,recordings are automatically backed up and always within easy reach. The built-in editor is handy for quickly trimming important moments from interviews or Teams lectures and the variety of export formats gives me the flexibility to repurpose recordings for different needs without any hassle.

Cons

On the downside some of the more powerful features, like automatic transcription, are locked behind the paid tier. While the free version handles basic tasks just fine, it starts to feel quite restrictive if you're using the tool regularly or need access to advanced capabilities
