Pros
To have a timeline with a waveform is what makes this my preferred platform whenever I need to handle subtitle translation across multiple languages.
Cons
A con is that you can't edit the source and then have those changes reflected in the translations view. It's also limiting that there's no way to customize which email notifications you want to receive.
