Getting started with it was easy and putting it into use didn't take much effort. It delivers excellent value for the price.

Using it has been very easy thanks to the friendly interface. It includes all the essential features we need for tracking, sharing information and handling similar tasks.

We use it in an educational setting and usually try to expose our students to as many tools as possible, including their downsides. At the level we've been using this one though, I honestly haven't come across any real negatives.

Right from the start, it feels very user-friendly and simple to use, while still being powerful. The level of customization is impressive, it supports multiple languages and being a web app means there's nothing to install which makes it even more convenient.

At the moment, I honestly don't have any complaints. Everything seems to be working really well.

Using milestones works really well and it's simple to assign responsibility and move it from one person to another when needed.

It can be difficult to locate a case with the current search function. I'd also like more automation when transferring a case from one stage to another, better export options and a clearer overview of issues in the 2D window.

One of the best parts is the accessibility. Everyone on the project team can get to the latest model and project documents whenever they need them.

This tool is missing a few quality-of-life features though, like being able to sort uploaded documents by date or other criteria and having object properties listed alphabetically.

Getting started was incredibly easy since there's nothing to install... just sign up and start using it. That's been a major advantage for our customers especially those who don't have CAD software on their company computers. It also takes very little training to understand. After moving from Excel-based reports to BIMsync, communicating issues in IFC models and 2D drawings became far more efficient and noticeably easier.

Cons

User access management could be more flexible, with better customization for individuals and specific functions.
