As an area manager, Cegid Retail Store Excellence really helps me keep track of what my team is working on and when it's being done. It makes it much easier to prioritize workloads and make sure tasks are completed on time.

An area that hasn't been as strong for me is the reporting. It worked much better before and since the upgrade, it doesn't feel as effective. I'd really like to see it adjusted to be more in line with the reporting tools we were using previously.

Right from the start, it fit neatly into my daily routine. It's a really effective tool for tracking daily figures and logging compliance checks without wasting time. The part I appreciate most is how simple it is to use and move around in which makes my workflow feel much more efficient. Having all the important information gathered in one place and easy to access makes day-to-day tasks far more manageable. The setup was also very easy so I was able to start using it quickly without any hassle. Overall, the software performs very well and delivers a smooth experience.

Having staff numbers and qualifications managed in one place has made organizing everything much simpler and improved admin efficiency a lot. The platform is very user-friendly so getting around it and finishing tasks is quick and easy which saves a good amount of time. Getting started was also impressively hassle-free, with a setup process that felt smooth and let me begin using it right away without any issues. My overall experience has been extremely positive and I'd gladly recommend it to others without hesitation,definitely a 10 out of 10 from me.

One thing I don't enjoy is how quickly it logs out since it interrupts the workflow and means having to sign in again more often than I'd like.

Across both our stores and head office, it has been a very user friendly and dependable system. We've had it in place for a long time and it still performs really well while offering a strong mix of features that support day-to-day retail operations. It's easy to use, connects well with our other systems and gives us excellent visibility across the entire store estate. Support has consistently been responsive and helpful which makes it a tool we trust and rely on every single day. We use it daily and the rollout across our estate was simple, with store managers at every level able to adopt and engage with it easily.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about although the system can occasionally feel a little inflexible when it comes to designing certain features or reports around our specific operational requirements. That said, we're pleased to see ongoing improvements especially around notification customisation within the platform and through email.
