Pros
It really stands out in the way it manages document workflows from start to finish. Preparing a file, sending it out for review and getting it signed all happens in a single place which keeps everything organized. There are no messy email threads, no missing versions and no confusion about who handled what. The version history is clear and the signing timeline adds a lot of visibility so the whole process feels transparent and simple to stay on top of. It cuts down a lot of wasted time and removes extra friction from everyday work.
Cons
There is a larger selection of pre-built document templates. The current system already works well but having more ready-made options for different types of contracts would help speed things up even more. It is not a major problem at all, just an added improvement that would be nice to have.
