Pros
Even our non-technical staff picked it up quickly, while the tech team still gets plenty of advanced features to work with. The interface feels user friendly, customer support has been excellent and the platform keeps improving with regular new feature integrations.

“team productivity on another level”
Pros
A friend convinced us to switch our company over to it after we had been relying mostly on Messenger and the difference has been huge. The way our team communicates is much better now and it has taken our productivity to a completely new level. The interface and overall layout are really well designed and clearly built to support actual work.
Cons
The only thing I still miss is GIF support. That was one of the most fun parts of using Messenger so I really hope the developers add GIFs to it soon.
