Chat Messenger works really well because it brings messaging, task management and file sharing together in one place. That means there's a lot less jumping between different apps which makes communication faster and more efficient. Direct messages, group conversations and built-in task tracking also help keep discussions connected to the actual work which supports better alignment and improves overall team productivity.

Cons

Interface feels a bit dated and not as user friendly as some of the newer collaboration platforms. The notification system can also get overwhelming at times or feel poorly organized so it's harder to spot and prioritize the most important messages. Also, its integrations with other tools are fairly limited which can make workflows less flexible.

So Chat & Messenger has been very user-friendly and genuinely helpful for my business. It makes communication simple and has been very dependable overall.

Doesn't happen often and it's usually fixed pretty quickly.... every now and then, I run into a small glitch in the chat where a line or two disappears and then shows back up a few minutes later.
