Pros

Biggest benefit is how quickly employees can locate documents, links to the websites they use all the time and company updates in one place. Since our company has a sales team, being able to feature a leaderboard on the homepage has been especially valuable. It really drives motivation and the sales reps pay close attention to it. They'll even call us out if we miss something on our end because they want their achievements posted and recognized.

Cons

Admin side has a bit of a learning curve so new backend users usually need some training and time to get comfortable with it. That said, the front end is very simple for employees to use.

Pros

Putting useful tools into an intranet setup only takes a few clicks which is a big plus. The support team has also been friendly and dependable whenever needed.

Cons

In bigger, more complex organizations, the apps usually need some customization because the out-of-the-box options may not fully cover more advanced organizational requirements.
