“Poor support and risky uptime”
Pros
Claromentis comes with a solid ticketing system and the approval workflows can be designed to fit your organization's process.
Cons
Customer support was disappointing. At first, there was US-based support but after the service model changed and our account was moved to a representative in the UK, communication almost disappeared. The platform also went down often which created problems for people at my company trying to use it. Also, the lack of security left our data feeling exposed.

“Great for our team”
Pros
One thing that keeps me using it is the broad set of applications and tools it provides. It really helps with team communication, task and project management and keeping information organized in an efficient way.
Cons
At times, I've run into minor technical issues, like pages taking a bit longer to load or occasional errors when opening certain applications.

“updates really help”
Pros
Keeping our partners informed is much better with the news announcements and events features. It's also helpful that email notifications can be turned on which makes communication more reliable.
Cons
The page design doesn't really appeal to me. I'd prefer a more modern look with stronger color contrast to make it feel more updated.

“user-friendly tracking for franchises”
Pros
Across our franchise network in the U.S. and Canada, Clare has done a fantastic job of keeping owners connected. The platform is very user friendly and even the owners who are the least comfortable with technology have been able to learn and use it without much trouble. One of the best parts is the tracking which makes it incredibly helpful to see exactly which owners have taken part in specific activities.
Cons
Something I'd still love to see improved is the ability to move files around in Documents without breaking their links. It would also be really useful if Clare offered email linking or some kind of built-in email hosting and possibly even an invoicing feature.

“improved our communications!”
Pros
Our company gets everything it needs from it in an intranet especially for keeping internal communication clear and connected across the business.
Cons
It is a bit more expensive compared with other workspace and intranet solutions available on the market.

“flexible HR tools for growth”
Pros
A really solid option for mid-sized companies. It's flexible and comes with plenty of features to manage employees as well as store and organize data.
Cons
First-time experience can be a little tricky but once you spend some time with it and explore the features, it becomes much easier to use.

“An engaging portal”
Pros
Building a professional, engaging employee portal is quick thanks to the widget-based options. There are plenty of choices to customize the overall look and feel of the site. The policy document management feature is really helpful for staying compliant with regulatory requirements and making sure staff complete mandatory reads. The knowledge base is also valuable, giving employees access to company information, training materials and helpful how-to documents.
Cons
What bothers me is not being able to preview exactly how the final news feed will appear on the live site before publishing it. I can save it as a draft but draft mode still doesn't show what the finished version will actually look like once it's live.

“powerful hub for collaboration”
Pros
It has become our go-to platform for communication and teamwork, keeping employees connected across the country whether they're in the office or working remotely. It helps us share important company updates with everyone consistently and at the same time, while also making project collaboration feel much more connected no matter where people are based. The platform brings together so much of what we do as a business, from managing essential processes and keeping company documents and policies organised, to sharing news, announcements and working together on projects. There's a huge amount you can do with it and that flexibility lets you create a digital workspace that genuinely suits your business. We've only been using it for six months but it has already made a noticeable difference to the way we operate and it still feels like there's even more value left to discover.
Cons
An area that has been challenging for us is keeping up with inter-app alerts. Because it has so many connected parts, notifications can be hard to track and while the @mention feature works well in some sections, it is inconsistent in others. At times, the person being mentioned does not receive a notification at all which makes it harder to stay on top of conversations happening across the different apps within the platform. Another limitation is the lack of a desktop or tablet app which would make the digital workspace feel more complete and distinct from simply using a web-based system. Even with those issues, the benefits it has brought to our organisation and our day-to-day work are far more significant and hopefully these drawbacks will be improved over time.

“support is good”
Pros
Even though we aren't using every plugin or module it offers, the software has been an excellent fit for our company. It's incredibly flexible and delivers far more functionality than we actually need. From my side, the user experience feels very polished so there's honestly little to criticize. Also, the customer service team has consistently gone above and beyond whenever needed.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to point out here. It's a platform I've recommended many times.

“This platform has real potential!”
Pros
Right away, the functionality felt very user friendly and the platform has the flexibility to grow with a wide range of needs while helping us organize several of our processes. Over time, it looks like it can develop into a true one-stop hub for our network to access all of its operational areas.
Cons
Biggest challenge has been integrating our other data platforms into this system.

“so easy to use”
Pros
So running a decentralized company across several countries can get messy but this intranet brings nearly everything together in one place and covers almost all of our needs. We rely heavily on the Infocapture business process management tool for a wide range of processes, from the Group's creditors workflow and travel requests to central procurement. The flexibility is outstanding and it's very user-friendly. You don't need to be a programmer to build detailed, advanced workflows for different parts of the business. More than anything, this tool has helped transform our Group from a company that depended heavily on email into one that operates through lean, structured workflows.
Cons
There really isn't much to dislike about it. A few small optimizations could still be made but with each upgrade, more of those minor issues seem to get addressed.

“outdated intranet but good communication”
Pros
At the end of the day, the platform still handles the job we need it to do by keeping communication flowing internally among staff and stakeholders across the business. Also, customer support has consistently been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
It really feels like the version of the intranet we're using now is outdated and that's probably affecting the overall experience. The features come across as old and bland and quite a few areas could use improvement, from page templates to themes and overall design.

“scales brilliantly”
Pros
Starting out as a small agency of around 50 people, it made a strong impression right away. In the beginning, we were only using maybe 15-20% of what it could do but it was reassuring to know we could expand our usage over time. Even now, we still haven't reached 50% of the available functionality which says a lot about how much the platform offers. One of the biggest advantages has been the fixed cost by user group instead of paying separately for individual modules. That pricing structure has really helped us grow both the platform and its adoption across the agency steadily over the years.
Cons
Platform has been excellent overall but there are two areas we'd still like to see improved. We'd appreciate more flexibility when it comes to customizing notifications and it would be much better to have a more native chat feature built in rather than relying on the RocketChat plugin.

“Strong functionality”
Pros
Getting started was quick and the functionality is solid. Once you locate the section you need, it's simple to use. The platform is also very flexible and feels well planned out.
Cons
Admin and content management side isn't very user friendly right now. Our project team mentioned that the platform is being updated and once that part is improved, it should be just about perfect.

“our own social hub”
Pros
To get this up and running was very simple, even for someone who is not very tech-savvy. Our users even compare it to an internal version of Facebook which says a lot about how familiar and approachable it feels.
Cons
The updates happen quite often although they are not mandatory. On the bright side, the platform keeps improving with each new upgrade.

“A complete collaboration tool!”
Pros
Having several tools in one platform has been a big plus for us. We can share resources, chat with teammates across continents and exchange ideas all in one user-friendly place.
Cons
Only thing we still wish for is being able to handle every part of our job functions directly through the intranet since that would make everything even more convenient.

“Amazing admin tools”
Pros
Managing this software as an administrator has been very simple. People acting as business gatekeepers can work with it comfortably without needing to be IT specialists. Before this, even basic platform changes depended heavily on internal IT teams or outside third-party support. It also provides outstanding support and is always very open to feedback, questions and requests for guidance. Also, the "Playground" setup is a really useful feature since it lets you test things out, explore the functionality and become familiar with the admin side of the system.
Cons
Honestly there are no major downsides when it comes to either the software itself or the quality of support. Once you have been trained on the administration side, it becomes very simple to manage and keep everything up to date.

“Responsive support”
Pros
We were able to get our site up and running pretty quickly with this platform, even without much coding experience and the price was very reasonable. Also, the support team has consistently been quick to respond whenever we needed help.
Cons
So we went with the out-of-the-box version so customization options were somewhat limited. That said, the tradeoff was a smaller upfront investment which helped us get started faster.

“highly flexible intranet platform”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this tool is how flexible it is. It includes a wide range of useful apps, calendar, events, news, blogs, documents, microblogging and more, that can be combined during the intranet build to create a product and interface that really fits your needs. The layout is very customizable and the design team is helpful when it comes to shaping a homepage that is both practical and visually attractive. Another major advantage is the ability to embed components across different pages or sections that stay dynamically synced with the main apps like calendar, events, news and blogs. That makes it much easier to share information in the most relevant way with different departments or user groups without having to post the same content multiple times. The Claromentis team has also been very strong when it comes to the custom development we asked for, clearly walking us through the pros and cons of each option and finding workaround solutions at a minimal cost while still meeting agreed deadlines. Also, the support team is very responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Since we asked for a high degree of customization, future system upgrades could end up being more complex and may require additional testing. At times, I also feel it might be better to have fewer apps overall, with even more depth added to the core ones although what counts as a "core app" is subjective and really depends on the client's needs.

“Good one”
Pros
Working as an insurance agent, I could set up extranet sites for our clients without needing much effort. Being able to configure SLAs and have everything time-stamped was a big advantage when building out workflows.
Cons
There really weren't many downsides. I did run into a few areas I wish had offered more customization and some tasks required a few extra steps but it was very open to feedback and willing to adjust the platform when needed.
