“Great platform for webinars

Pros

The platform is very user-friendly, customer support is excellent, and it has all the essential features needed for running webinars.

Cons

There is no major disadvantages, maybe could be more customizable invitations and more interacting features

“Scam - Cancelled Account and They Keep Reinstating Without Permission

Cons

I cancelled the first time in Nov 2023. They put it on a hiatus for 3 months which I agreed to. I cancelled before the 3 months and they charged me anyway. I asked them to cancel my account (by the way, they left me on hold for 3 hours and I had to follow up 5 times and they said that my account was cancelled. They didn't cancel, they put it on hold again, and I just got charged again for a service that I am now on the 3rd time of cancelling.

Pros

What I appreciate most about ClickMeeting is the ease of customizing various aspects of our events' image, such as registrations, waiting rooms, and main rooms, giving a highly professional appearance to our events and being incredibly simple to implement.

Cons

Once one gets used to the ClickMeeting features, everything works perfectly, so we have not identified any disadvantages to it.
