It provides a full cycle for managing innovation within a company. The traceability is excellent, from submitting a challenge to assigning tasks and tracking the implementation of pilot projects. Also, adding AI assistants speeds up operational work significantly which leaves more room to focus on strategic priorities and make better decisions. It could also support running more innovation cycles or iterations throughout the year.

One area that could be improved is the inclusion of more specific reasons or categories instead of leaving only an "other" option or at least requiring that it be explained. That would help refine and update the standard answer choices for certain questions over time.

Looking at it from the same technology surveillance perspective, the weakest point is the limited availability of options and services. In the highly competitive startup world, where appearance often carries more weight than substance, this limitation can easily lead to frustration when you do not immediately find what they need. Because of that, expanding the range of offerings and improving personalization would be important steps to ensure the interface and overall experience better meet demanding user expectations. Even so coding ability, persistence and organic intelligence remain more important.

Overall, there really isn't any feature of the software that I dislike. That said, I do have a couple of suggestions, a notification system so all team members can see updates to the information without needing someone to message them separately, for example through WhatsApp and also a PDF report option.

Having one place to manage the team's ideas has been really valuable especially because it removes a lot of the bias and fear of being judged. It also lets us track each idea's progress in the same space, prioritize them using different criteria and assign a person responsible for moving them forward.

There is no need to already have a strong organizational structure built out which makes it especially useful for growing companies.

Access depends on invitations from organizations and the interface still needs improvement so it is easier to tell what stage of the process an idea is currently in.
