“helpful calendar sync but confusing setup

Google Calendar integration is incredibly helpful. It connects smoothly with my calendar and makes managing schedules much easier.

Cons

I personally find the setup complicated. My dad tried using it as well and he also felt that it was too confusing to figure out easily.

I find it very user-friendly. In fact, I was able to quickly show my teammates on previous teams how to use it and they picked it up right away.

i don't really have any suggestions for improvement. I enjoyed using it the way it is and I also felt that the pricing was fair for what it offers.

it is a great and easy way for me to quickly collect people's availability for an event. It syncs well with my calendar and even shows my own availability before I send the poll out.

Like most tools, it does have a few pain points. The user interface changes over time have not always felt as smooth as earlier versions. Also the gap between the free and premium plans seems bigger now because some features have been reduced in the free version rather than new ones being added to premium.

One thing I struggle with is navigating through many dates at once. For example, when I try to look across a few months, it can feel difficult to manage.

it's a really great tool for organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings and similar events. I mostly use it when we need to match the availability of several people and find a common date that works for everyone.

In my experience it does not feel as interactive or as simple to use as some of Google's tools.

What I really like about it is that it's accessible for many different users and situations. I can also integrate my calendar with it which helps me avoid double-booking meetings or appointments.

Time zones can occasionally cause problems for me. If they are set automatically and I don't notice right away, it can lead to confusion when scheduling meetings.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages for me is the poll-based scheduling. It makes organizing meetings with multiple people much easier. The paid version also includes alerts and notifications which are helpful. I also appreciate the time zone management and the option to set deadlines for polls.

Cons

there's no built-in video conferencing option inside the app. The free version is also somewhat limited and of course it requires an internet connection to work.

I love the ability to create scheduled polls that everyone can participate in. It's great that the polls can be shared easily and that all invited participants can see and respond to the available options.

Personally, I have not found any real disadvantages. From my perspective, everything seems well designed and works nicely.

i can simply send a it to my team with several time options. It saves us from endless email chains where someone always forgets to "Reply to All." Everything stays organized in one place.

I do wish it offered more features in the free plan. That would make it even more useful without needing to upgrade.

Unfortunately.. the free features are limited. It still works but you definitely notice that some capabilities are locked behind the paid version.

for me, the best part is how easy it is to poll people and figure out the best days and times for a group meeting.

Sometimes the format can feel confusing especially when I try to give scheduling options that are farther in the future instead of just within the next couple of weeks.

there have been times when I forgot to click a button and later realized that my information was not actually recorded. That can be a little frustrating when I think everything has already been saved.

i often use it to schedule meetings with my students. the platform is simple but still powerful enough to manage polls and meeting times. I also really appreciate the ability to sync it with my Outlook work calendar.

One thing I don't really like is the advertisement that appears on the side of the it poll or calendar. It does not look very professional although I understand that it's expected when using the free version. another issue i have noticed is with the calendar sync between it and Outlook. I often use it to schedule tutoring sessions by sharing my calendar with my students. They can easily pick a suitable time slot and book a meeting with me which works great most of the time. However when I make changes in my work calendar or when a student cancels a meeting, those updates don't always sync properly with the it calendar. Because of this, I feel like the integration between it and Outlook could definitely be improved.

I use it regularly to organize meetings with clients or coworkers. I can schedule things ahead of time so my agenda stays organized. When the meeting day arrives, it sends notifications reminding me about the meeting times which helps me stay on track and not forget anything.

Cons

I mainly use the basic tools and honestly they have always worked correctly for me. i have never experienced failures, crashes or any system issues while using it.

had fun experimenting with it and even created some interesting graphics. Overall I found the tool very easy to use and quite interactive.

Cons

this is not necessarily a problem with the product itself but I personally struggled to figure out the best way to use it for my business needs.

one limitation I noticed is that I can't select time slots that last more than one day which can be inconvenient depending on the type of scheduling i am trying to do.
