After giving this company more than two months to fix the problem, nothing has changed. We buy 1 million credits twice a week and they keep disappearing and dropping back to around 1,000 to 2,000. That leaves us unable to verify emails on the days those credits vanish. Then they restore them but a day or two later the same thing happens again. This cycle has been going on for two months now.

We are losing money because of this. When we can't validate emails, we also can't send out our marketing emails.

So the pricing seems lower than a lot of competing tools. The problem is that the data isn't accurate enough so we end up running each dataset at least four times and then handling the post-processing ourselves which ultimately makes it more expensive than other options.

Although the initial pricing looks affordable, the inaccurate results usually mean rerunning datasets several times and doing manual post-processing which pushes the real cost beyond what competitors charge. Also, support has been unresponsive so the overall value just doesn't hold up the way it seems it should.

Picked this up as a lifetime deal on AppSumo and getting 1 million credits every year for email list cleaning feels like solid value. The overall cleaning quality has been good as well.

The lifetime deal is definitely a strong value with 1 million credits each year and the list cleaning works fairly well overall. That said, a few bounced emails still make it through even after cleaning so the validation accuracy could be better to do a better job of protecting sender reputation.

Uploading an email list is simple and the platform sorts it into five different categories. That makes a big difference for email newsletters by helping improve reach, delivery rates and click performance.

You can upload a CSV manually or check a single email right from the dashboard which is very convenient. The interface looks modern and polished and features like duplicate email removal and domain verification helped us tidy up our list and keep bounce rates low.

A few types of email addresses still aren't verified very accurately especially catch-all addresses like Yahoo. That said, this seems to be a limitation across email verification tools in general. I also noticed that some Hotmail results were not always reliable.
