Using it is very simple. You can just drag and drop any file that contains an email address and it processes the data to show whether the email is valid and if it isn't, it explains the reason why.

Checking a single one-off email address doesn't always give a definitive result. It would also be a nice addition if they included an Email Finder feature.

Right after verification, the platform returns a wide range of status codes like server_dead, smtp_error, domain_error and others which makes the results very clear and easy to understand. That level of detail really helps make the verification process self-explanatory. Also, the pricing is a big advantage since it costs about half as much as similar web apps. The verification speed is another strong point, as it runs much faster than most other tools in this category. Support was also excellent, when I first signed up, I ran into an issue and their team fixed it within 2 minutes. The API support is solid too and the documentation is clear and simple to follow.

We depend heavily on having valid email addresses and even the smallest mistake could cost us millions so this is the only service we trust to handle that job.

One minor downside is that customer support seems to keep unusual hours, likely because the team is based somewhere in Europe. That said, once they're available, they absolutely get things resolved.
