It helps us spot invalid or risky addresses, cut down on bounce rates, protect our sender reputation and avoid spending time and resources on contacts that are not usable.

An area that could be improved is the reporting which could use more depth and clearer explanations for certain classifications. It would also be useful to separate unique email opens from total opens since the same lead can open one email multiple times and make the reach look higher than it actually is.
