“Overhyped and not worth it”
Pros
Honestly there was nothing useful here for me. Everything covered can already be learned through AI and that makes paying $2000 a month feel completely unnecessary.
Cons
From the start, it came across like a used-car sales pitch. There was a lot of hype and big promises but the actual delivery didn't come close. I could keep going but that pretty much says it all.

“irresponsive customer care”
Pros
At the start, the concept genuinely appealed to technical teams, manage your own stack, keep control of IPs and domains and skip per-message charges through a self-hosted sending setup that was supposed to offer both flexibility and stronger brand ownership. The focus on privacy, white-label capabilities and connections with outside SMTP/API providers initially felt useful for agencies and high-volume senders looking for more independence. On paper, the architecture also matched advanced deliverability needs well, including domain separation, warm-up processes and routing options without being locked into one SaaS provider.
Cons
Once the team stopped being available, support practically vanished and the whole product experience fell apart right along with it. We ended up dealing with production issues without any real path to get help. Communication turned into a wall, tickets sat unresolved, guidance stopped and important fixes never showed up which made everyday operations feel like pure guesswork. Whatever cost savings were promised eventually went the other way because maintenance, troubleshooting and downtime kept piling up. Without a vendor that actually responds, the total cost of ownership increased instead of decreasing.

“support is virtually non-existent”
Pros
At best, it seemed like a good concept but that's really all I can say. Any potential positives have been completely drowned out by the number of problems.
Cons
Support is basically absent. I paid a decent amount for a product that doesn't even work and trying to get any response from Ian has been like banging my head against a wall. It's reached the point where I've had to give up on it entirely and move the service over to MailerLite.

“seems like an abandoned product”
Pros
There's definitely some potential in the product and it could have been worthwhile if the company were still around to maintain and support it.
Cons
At this point, they've stopped releasing updates, the last one was on July 27th. Support has completely gone silent and they are not replying to support requests or, honestly any messages at all. If you purchase this now, there's a good chance you won't get support or even your money back. I've sent multiple messages and even AppSumo has been trying to reach the company without success. Recent AppSumo reviews are also starting to reflect just how bad the support situation has become. Still no response and I've been dealing with a major issue for more than 30 days now.

“A great platform”
Pros
Honestly when I bought EmailDelivery.com, I wasn't completely sure it would actually be useful enough to replace the other email marketing tools I use, like Mautic, Buildreal/MaillBoss, Zagomail and MailerLite. So I decided to test it first and see how good it really was. After using it, I can say the tool is excellent, lightweight, fast, user friendly, simple to segment and tag contacts with and it also comes with very attractive email templates and forms. It's quick to work with overall. What made the experience even better was the support from Ian, the creator of the software which is something I had never seen before. He didn't act like a typical support agent at all but more like a true partner who was genuinely invested in making sure everything worked perfectly. He gave me all the guidance I needed, helped with adjustments and through his recommendations I ended up saving more than $400 per year just on server costs. Even as someone without technical knowledge, installation can be very simple if you use the servers they recommend and simply follow the step-by-step process. And if any issue comes up, you just email them and they respond almost immediately with either a solution or an alternative so the system runs properly. I'm in Brazil and whether it was day or night, I kept getting almost instant replies and support which really impressed me. To sum it up, as someone managing a list of 25,000 contacts, the highlights for me are the exceptional support, they don't just explain what to do, they stay involved until everything is fixed and working perfectly, even for non-technical users. The platform itself is extremely fast, light and user friendly. For example, contact segmentation that used to take several minutes in other systems took only seconds in EmailDelivery.com. The templates for both emails and forms are stylish, polished and attention-grabbing. I also appreciate the constant updates. When I suggested a Pabbly integration, support told me it was already in development and even showed me other tools and improvements currently being worked on. That gives a clear sense that the platform is actively evolving and buyers benefit from all of those updates. In just one week of using it, even before all the updates are out, I've already seen major improvements in both deliverability and the organization of my lists. I'm convinced there's much more still to come. In short, EmailDelivery.com is absolutely worth buying. It's one of the best tools I've used in the seven years I've worked in this field. And again, Ian's support and attention truly made all the difference.
Cons
Installation can be a bit challenging for someone without technical experience so beginners may need help during setup. That said, the team provides all the guidance needed and is very supportive throughout the process.

“Design is good”
Pros
I ran into a technical issue and it would have been frustrating but the support team handled it excellently. They were also quick and polite whenever I needed help understanding the back end. Also, the front-end interface works really well and feels user friendly to use. I'm genuinely glad I came across this product and the team behind it.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about the app itself. If anything, as someone who isn't very comfortable with English, I'd love to see the front-end interface offer more language options. That said, the support team listened carefully when I brought up multilingual support so it feels like adding more languages is probably just a matter of time.

“full control and powerful delivery”
Pros
Running things solo, I was pretty unsure at first but the idea of having my own ESP with room to scale and still keep delivery quality high is what convinced me. Having that level of control is something I really appreciate. It seems capable of doing everything a typical ESP does and probably more, campaigns, broadcasts, email sequences, drips, funnels, plus tags, lists, logical segmentation, personalization, send throttling by minute, hour or day, reporting and more. Their website and docs cover the feature set well. I also appreciate that they keep a public roadmap with feedback built in so users can suggest ideas and the team adds the strongest ones. The product is being updated and improved all the time. It's already excellent and it still has plenty of room to grow.
Cons
The only real downside is that this isn't one of those tools where you sign up and everything is instantly ready. Getting everything configured does take a bit of time. That said, the documentation is excellent so if you follow it carefully, you should be okay. And if something does trip you up, their support team is outstanding. They reply incredibly fast and because they actually understand the product, the answers are genuinely useful. Every issue I had was resolved in the first response instead of dragging into five back-and-forth emails with someone who barely understands the problem and only answers once a day.
