They promote having one of the highest accuracy rates out there and while it hasn't been flawless in my use, around 80% accuracy is still very solid and has saved me a lot of time and effort. I also value the fact that they take privacy and compliance seriously. Overall, it's been a strong addition to my sales and marketing workflow and has definitely helped improve my outreach results.
