Engage Spaces has an amazing team that helps us pinpoint our organizations needs and think through solutions that improve our processes and data management. Our organization is decentralized and it enables us to empower our staff and volunteers making it much easier to accomplish critical tasks moreover, the platforms ability to identify participants quickly allows us to invite key individuals to engage further, creating opportunities for collaboration, accountability and increased effectiveness overall. Some of the key features we rely on include the event scheduling and ticketing module, online courses, participant location management, the workspace and task module and the sign up/onboarding options for new participants. Looking ahead we are excited to use its multilingual support when we launch a French version for our Quebecois ministry.
Cons
As a newer company I found the user interface to be a bit rough around the edges which can sometimes confuse users on how to navigate certain features. However the team is very responsive and I like that they address these concerns quickly.

Pros
The collaboration and data management tools that this tool offers are essential to my daily workflow. I honestly would not be able to manage without it.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve at the start. The abundance of features can feel overwhelming initially but once we get past that, it is a fantastic tool!
