“Provides the best assistance

Pros

The customer support is outstanding as they are always ready to assist us with the software and even add new features as needed. Plus, once you get used to it, the platform is pretty easy to navigate and offers a wide range of administration tools.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that it can be a bit challenging to train new users since the software is quite complex. Also, it does not allow external document sharing unless those external agencies have the proper licenses.

It is a flexible and easy to use tool for reviewing documents and communicating as a team. It also makes real time collaboration simple and it integrates smoothly with everything we need.

Cons

The performance for document validation and processing can slow down especially when we are dealing with large or complex document sets.

e-PlanSoft software is user friendly and easy to learn. Plus EPR has drastically sped up our plan review process offering quick and efficient ways to make corrections, approve and stamp plans.

Cons

There is really not much I dislike. There are a few minor things on the front screen that could be more noticeable but they're really small issues and not significant enough to mention.

As a government employee collaborating with reviewers from other departments, this software has greatly enhanced communication and sped up the turnaround time for project reviews

Cons

The ability to communicate with other reviewers within the epr software is simply amazing though there is definitely room for improvement and I think improving communication between departments would make a huge difference
