“frustrating support and poor service!!”
Pros
Honestly... I don't really have anything positive to say about it.
Cons
It genuinely feels like they don't care that the service I'm paying for isn't being delivered. Getting in touch with anyone for help is almost impossible and at this point I'm just waiting for the chance to move on and switch to a provider that's run much better.
