“Transforms the way we manage meeting inputs and outputs
Pros
Fellow is really easy to use. I love how it integrates smoothly with Jira and Google Calendar. Also the mobile app is super handy and sharing meeting minutes with others is a piece of cake. Assigning tasks to different people has also never been easier which makes it simple to manage everything.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything bad about Fellow right now. Any issues it had early on have been sorted out in the latest updates, so I am pretty happy with it.

“easy to use and perfect for remote work
Pros
Fellow is without a doubt an exceptional meeting tool. It allows me to capture notes, assign tasks and action items and take private (personal) notes alongside the notes I share with others. Also I really love how it integrates directly with Slack and Google Meet and the Mac desktop app is super useful in reminding me when I have meetings scheduled for the day.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. Since I started using it in 2020, it is been smooth sailing. It never crashed on me, and I am really impressed with the new features and design improvements the team keeps rolling out.

Pros
The templates Fellow offers help me prepare for meetings in a creative way. I can gather input from my team and discuss everyone's questions and ideas during the meeting. Also it works with a lot of other tools which makes collaboration much easier. Last but not least interface is easy to use and it helps us stay on track with tasks and progress.
Cons
No complaints as Fellow has really helped us get organized when prepping for meetings. Also it is great for documenting everything and has even helped us create a new and efficient format for meeting minutes.

Pros
Fellow software has helped us manage meetings down to the finest details. I can prepare agendas, take minutes, assign tasks and even send reminders about deadlines. It keeps everyone clear about what's expected of them and the action steps needed before our next meeting. Plus, it helps us stay on top of updates, making everything much clearer for everyone. What is even better is that it allows managers to track interactions and performance transparently, which is a huge plus.
Cons
There aren't many issues but at times I struggle to keep the meeting minutes in the same format when I send them out via email. Also, when syncing with Zoom, it takes up a lot of screen space which can be a little distracting.

Pros
It helps me keep my notes organized and linked to ongoing meetings. Sharing notes ensures the whole team stays on the same page and nothing gets lost or overlooked.
Cons
Occasionally, Fellow takes little time to load and sometimes my notes don't save properly, which is frustrating.

“Integrate with Slack, which is a huge plus
Pros
You can take notes and assign actions during a Google Meet which is really convenient. Plus the Slack integration is a great time saver because it sends reminders and helps me stay on top of things.
Cons
One annoying thing is that when I accidentally mark an action item, it disappears and I can't seem to get it back onto the list.

Pros
Fellow is a great tool for scheduling meetings, writing agendas and collaborating on what is been discussed. It also helps me track action items that need to be addressed after each meeting which allows me to make sure everything gets done.
Cons
There is no easy way to integrate it with our other project management tools which means it is easy for things to get written up in Fellow and then just sit there without much follow-up.

Pros
It is very easy to use and the templates added a new dimension to my 1:1 meetings. Also I love how it allows me to easily keep track of previous 1:1s, ensuring we cover everything and stay on track.
Cons
When I first tried Fellow, I was a bit confused. I picked it for 1:1 meetings but did not realize I wouldn't have access to the features for team meetings. I had to contact support to unlock that, which could have been easier if all features were available during the trial.

Pros
Fellow software helps me prepare for meetings in a very unique and effective way. I can also use the ready made templates to create agendas and involve my team in the process. It also helps us easily identify strengths and gives us troubleshooting support when needed. Plus I really appreciate how it syncs with Google Calendar and other Google programs, keeping everything connected.
Cons
There is honestly nothing to dislike about Fellow. The subscription prices are reasonable and you can use the free version which is great. Plus it integrates with tons of apps which makes it easy to import and export data. Also they offer tutorials that make everything super simple to get the hang of.

Pros
Since we started using Fellow, our meetings have become much more productive. Everyone comes prepared because the meeting purpose is clear from the get go. We no longer waste time at the beginning of meetings trying to figure out what the meeting is for. Instead, everyone starts on the same page and ideas flow more freely.
Cons
One small downside is the My Action Items section. It does not automatically show action items with todays due date in the Today section. They all start in the inbox and I have to drag them around to organize, which kind of defeats the purpose of having due dates.

Pros
I really like how all of our meeting information is housed in one central place. It is easy to find and access everything when I need it. The various templates are great for getting started quickly and the customer support is awesome. Also they are patient and always ready to help. I also love that I can see all my personal to dos without any distractions, though it would be perfect if I could reorder them the way I want.
Cons
I really wish Fellow was more intuitive so I would not have to rely on customer support so much. Also, it would be awesome if I could choose different bullet options.

Pros
Fellow software has made managing all the administrative tasks for meetings a lot easier. From taking notes and tracking takeaways to creating and sharing agendas, it really shines. I also love how well it integrates with Google Calendar, which is a huge time-saver.
Cons
The only thing I wish Fellow had is the ability to save my default template when I create new meetings and add fellow to them. It would save me a lot of time.

I really love how Fellow centralizes everything about meetings for my team. Meetings can be stressful and often go off track but it helps us prepare and stay focused, making the whole process much smoother and more productive.
Cons
There is not much I don't like about Fellow. It integrates with tools I already use, like Slack which makes everything flow smoothly. And I am looking forward to using it more to collaborate on projects.

Fellow is an easy to use tool that every manager should have. With so many different clients and tasks to juggle, it is such a relief to have everything in one place. I especially love the private notes section and use it frequently during calls. Plus the ability to customize templates for different types of meetings is a huge advantage since not all meetings follow the same structure. Fellow's integrations and automations make it really easy to connect with other management tools we use. Also it is really made my life so much easier, and I'd highly recommend it.
Cons
Fellow has so many great features, so it took me a minute to get familiar with all of them. But honestly, that's the case with any new software, right?

Pros
Not only is so easy to learn but easy to use too. It mirrored my old process in Google Docs but in a much more integrated and seamless way. Plus I really like how meeting notes and action items are sent to all attendees right after the meeting, which really reduces the need for follow-ups and helps improve accountability.
Cons
It is a small thing, but some of the features were not totally clear to me at first. Plus a little more clarity on the UX side could help make things easier to understand.

Pros
I was searching for a tool to help organize my managerial tasks and Fellow has proven to be perfect for that. It helps me manage onboarding, one on ones, track meeting actions and communicate next steps to other departments. It has become my teams virtual assistant, always keeping everything in check. My favorite feature is having clear meeting takeaways that are easily accessible at any time. Since we are a fully remote company, Fellow has made us a lot more operationally efficient. And at just $5 per user, it is very economical for the value it brings to our business.
Cons
Fellow did not used to have a mobile or desktop app, but now it does. So honestly cannot think of any cons right now.

Pros
With Fellow software now I am able to manage my daily tasks so much easily. Also it is perfect for my one on one meetings with my director. Before each meeting, I can add my talking points and action items, then send them via Slack or email so we can cover everything in the right amount of time.
Cons
I have nothing but positive things to say about Fellow. It's been a perfect 10/10 for me!

Pros
Fellow is a great addition to any remote working environment. As it's tough to keep track of who is responsible for what, but Fellow makes it super easy to prep meetings with agendas and follow up with clear action items assigned to the right people. As a manager, it is simple to see which tasks belong to my direct reports and it helps them know exactly what I am waiting on from them. Preparing for 1:1s and performance reviews has become much clearer and easier.

Pros
I love how Fellow lets me take notes during meetings and share them instantly with attendees. The ability to refer back to previous discussions during reviews is such a helpful feature. My absolute favorite part is the action items panel. It lets me prioritize my tasks and ensures I tackle the most important ones first. This has been a huge benefit in helping me stay organized and get things done.
Cons
Right now, I have not really figured out how to make the most of the Home Screen page. It is the part of Fellow that's not been most helpful for me, but I am sure they will keep improving it as they add more features.
