“Efficient teamwork”

Real time collaboration is probably the best part of the system since it makes working with a team feel much more connected and efficient. The interface is accessible and the design tools are powerful enough to help move projects along faster. Other than that being cloud based makes it really convenient to access, share and work on files from anywhere.

Cons

A drawback with it is that it can start to feel slow or lag when handling larger or more complex files. Some of the more advanced features also aren't as developed as they are in certain other design tools which can feel limiting for highly detailed workflows. It also depends a lot on having a stable internet connection and that can be inconvenient sometimes.

For our product UI/UX design work this has been the best tool available. Honestly I can't think of anything else that comes close to beating it.

There's nothing specific to complain about. It really feels like it handles just about every problem I run into.

Really shines when it comes to collaboration and it fits my workflow perfectly for whiteboarding and brainstorming sessions! Getting started was quick and simple too which made the whole setup a nice bonus.

Among the product design tools available today this is definitely one of the strongest. The collaboration features are excellent, the integrations go deep and our design team relies on it heavily across the board. We use it for everything from quick MVPs and prototypes to fully functional UI work and it really covers all the bases :)

Cons

There is nothing major to call out since it handles all of our use cases well. The only downside is that the developer seat pricing feels a bit expensive so we end up rotating a single seat between three developers.

The interface feels accessible and the real time collaboration tools help teams work together on design projects without needing a complicated setup.

Billing and invoicing process is extremely poor. I was charged for a subscription yet no invoice was sent to me by email. Once the team got locked I could no longer access the billing section which meant there was no way to retrieve past invoices from the admin panel. Because of that I had to waste extra time reaching out to support just to get a basic accounting document. For a professional SaaS product this lack of billing transparency and accessibility is simply unacceptable and really needs improvement.

Platform feels very user friendly while still offering plenty of professionallevel features. It's simple to work with, comes with lots of useful integrations and plugins and runs without lag. On top of that the support has been excellent!

Using the whiteboards has been one of my favorite parts of the platform because they help me visualize my work clearly. It makes organizing ideas much more manageable and I can see everything laid out in one place.

At times there is a lot to take in so it can feel a bit overwhelming and harder to fully understand.

It's useful that the platform supports both project creation and project management in one place.

Pricing is what bothers me most especially since you can only start one project before being pushed to pay and that makes the ROI feel questionable at times. On the plus side onboarding is easy because inviting team members is simple and the performance works really well for keeping projects organized. I also appreciate that it offers a lot of newer integration options and lets us work with Adobe created content inside the app after export. The AI does a nice job as a helper and the interface is very good for daily use since everything stays well organized.

Auto layout and the component system have completely changed the way I work in this system! They make it much easier to build responsive designs for more involved projects like a real estate landing page while keeping spacing and consistency perfectly in place. Real time collaboration is another big plus since I can share progress with others right away.

Cons

Getting comfortable with advanced prototyping and variables does take some time especially if you're just starting out. The mobile app works really well for viewing designs but it would be even better with stronger editing capabilities while away from a desktop.

Working in this system feels very easy especially when collaborating with a team. Multiple people can jump into the same project which helps move things along much faster. It's quick, accessible and simple to use.

It still doesn't offer the same range of features as Illustrator although I expect that to improve as the product continues to develop.

Pros

Jumping from a blank canvas to a finished product feels really fast in this! It's useful because the components I need to build a website are already there so I can quickly assemble pages and get a clear view of how the UX will look. Getting started with it was simple and as someone working solo it fits freelance work really well.

Cons

The AI side still feels pretty underdeveloped. The website designs it generated technically worked but none of them looked good and the overall result was quite poor.

Working with it feels really efficient because the real time collaboration is excellent and the performance stays reliable most of the time. My team and I can jump into the same design file together and make changes at once without things getting confusing. Updates appear instantly which cuts down on wasted time. The interface is clean and simple so moving around while designing never feels overwhelming. Even with larger files it usually keeps up well and doesn't lag much which matters a lot when deadlines are close. Overall it feels fast and responsive!

Cons

A downside is that it can start slowing down when the files get very heavy. Bigger projects with lots of layers sometimes cause noticeable lag and that can interrupt the workflow when I need to move quickly. Since it runs in the browser the experience also depends heavily on having a stable internet connection. If the connection drops or becomes inconsistent using it doesn't feel as responsive.

Working with this platform feels very smooth because it is always up to date and comments can be left on the specific element instead of going through endless back and forth. The design system features are another huge advantage too! Components, variants and shared libraries help us keep UI work consistent and make reviews move along much faster.

Cons

Once files get large things can start to feel pretty heavy and performance tends to slow down when a project includes a lot of pages, components or interactive prototypes. Version history and branching are definitely helpful features but they can also be a little confusing unless the team stays very organized with naming conventions and workflows.

It works really well for collaborating on wireframes and design projects. It also provides a fairly quick and secure way for teams to work together and share designs with clients.

As with a lot of similar tools it can be a bit fiddly when you're trying to select the exact layer or component you want to edit.

We use this software for UX design on a new app we're building and it helps the different development teams collaborate in one place. It gives us a single source of truth and we can keep designs updated while maintaining version control across the project.

Cons

Getting around the platform can be quite tricky and it feels slow at times. It also tends to lose connection occasionally which makes the experience frustrating.

After about five years of using this software across different client projects it has become my go to tool for website design and prototyping. It really helps with communication and collaboration with the dev team which makes the whole process much more efficient. The platform has also continued to improve over time and now it offers stronger vector illustration features along with quicker prototyping.

Is definitely fun to experiment with and while the generated designs still have some room to improve, it already provides an excellent starting point that helps speed up my workflow.

Starting with it felt very natural since it works a lot like other design tools I've used before but it still offers really strong functions. Collaborating with team members is also very simple and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

The downsides are pretty minor. A few things are harder to locate than they are in other software so even though it's simple to pick up, I still end up going through a lot of tutorials to find exactly what I'm looking for.

It can slow down sometimes when the design file gets large. A few of the more advanced features are only available in the paid version and it may feel a bit confusing for beginners at the start. The free plan also comes with limits on storage and the number of projects.

Working with designers and stakeholders is much better in real time and leaving comments or sharing feedback directly on the designs is really convenient. Since it's cloud based there's no trouble with downloading or managing files. It also makes reviewing UI/UX mockups and prototypes very simple.

If you don't come from a design background it can take you some time to figure things out with this software. It can also start to feel slower when you're dealing with very large design files.

It is an excellent tool for the early stages of any UI/UX design work. It makes collaboration simple and lets the whole team communicate clearly while editing things directly and hands on.

The part I liked least was the slight difficulty I faced while using the software at the beginning. I ended up watching quite a few YouTube videos to get familiar with the layout and tools which helped me work through it.

I really appreciate that it runs directly in the browser so there's no need to install anything and it works well across Windows, Mac and Linux.

Cons

A downside is that big complex files packed with lots of elements or heavy assets can start to lag, feel slow and use a lot of memory.

This software is incredibly accessible and quick to work with! Compared with Adobe XD it comes across as far more advanced especially when it comes to live collaboration, component handling and building design systems. The fact that it's cloud based makes teamwork feel effortless. I'm also really pleased to see AI features being added since they make the platform even more capable and forward looking.

Cons

One drawback is the price of giving access to short term external collaborators. If they don't already have their own license it can be costly to add them for only a limited time. Automatic renewals are another inconvenience because it's very easy to forget to remove or downgrade a license after the collaboration is over.

There's still room for improvement though. One thing that would be especially useful is a feature that can automatically import UI from certain websites.

From a product management perspective ths has become our single source of truth for all product designs while still giving me plenty of room to explore ideas, test variations and build prototypes. It's also a huge help for our developers because it gives them a clear detailed picture of exactly how the final product is supposed to look.

Cons

Not many drawbacks come to mind but one thing worth mentioning is that it takes time to properly learn the different modes, editing methods, keyboard shortcuts and especially the way formatting works. I definitely struggled at the beginning and hit a lot of frustration mostly because I tried to dive in right away without first learning how everything was set up.

After using this for years it has become an essential part of my product design workflow! More recently I used the software's AI to create an app and it worked really well. The AI was easy to use and helped speed up both my design process and my proof of concept!

Cons

One limitation I ran into with the AI is that even though it's simple to build with the resulting proof of concept doesn't transfer well to other app building platforms. I also spent hours researching and ultimately couldn't get the WeWeb/Figma integration working the way I expected which was disappointing.

Pros

Working with my designers in this tool has been really simple. The interface feels clean and accessible so it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with it. Compared with Photoshop it gives a lot more flexibility especially for UI and UX projects. The real time collaboration is a huge advantage and the free version already covers more than enough for our daily work.

Cons

Once files become very large the software can start to feel a bit heavy and the performance slows down. Another downside is that some of the more advanced features are only available on paid plans including the limit of just 3 free pages. Still for most basic to mid sized projects the free version remains perfectly usable.

The newer AI features are also incredibly useful and make this feel like a top tier creative platform. Other than that their customer support is among the best I've seen in this space and the software stands out as one of the best design tools available!

That said the limits around plugins and the fact that many of them require paid usage are definitely a drawback I've noticed. Animation options are also fairly limited but it makes up for that with its AI features and prototyping capabilities plus the navigation feels very fluid.

Feels like the ideal tool for website design and UX work and it's also really useful for creating smaller creative assets in different formats. Its interface is far more appealing and accessible than many other design programs I've seen which makes the whole process more enjoyable.

When a design tool fades into the background I automatically know it's doing something right! This tool really feels like it was built by designers who understand how designing works. It lets you stay fully focused on the creative process and it comes with plenty of tools that support that really well.

Cons

The tool is mainly geared toward web, interface and other digital product design. If you try to use it for print work you can run into some limitations like the lack of a CMYK profile and no built in 300 dpi export option although there are workarounds and plugins that can help. The newer draw tool is quite good but its brush settings are still more limited than in some other design programs. It also depends on an internet connection which can be restrictive at times.

Using this software makes it simple to collaborate with coworkers using audio and chat which really helps keep my business processes moving efficiently.
