effective tool

Pros

Using the software feels very efficient because the interactive features and available plugins make the whole process much more manageable. Strong components, auto layouts and especially design system tokenization help a lot with organizing work. I even used it to create my CV layout and it turned out looking really polished.

Cons

For beginners starting off with this softwae can be somewhat difficult. There are so many features layered into the interface that finding a specific tool can sometimes be confusing. Also the placement of icons is not always very user friendly.

not good

Pros

The toolset is genuinely impressive and the interface is easy to follow which makes working through design tasks and prototypes feel very accessible.

Cons

Using the software for our company's design and prototyping work has raised some major concerns for me around billing and user management. The design capabilities are strong but it falls short in areas that really matter for running a business especially compliance and security. In our case viewer accounts were automatically converted into paid memberships without any approval or clear warning which resulted in unexpected and significant charges that we only caught after doing a careful account audit. That kind of change should never happen without obvious notification and consent. In a busy business setting where multiple systems need attention at once, weak user management like this can easily slip by unnoticed. The problem goes beyond surprise costs too- it creates a real compliance issue for businesses that rely on strict administrative controls. Employees can accidentally increase expenses just by sharing projects externally and that creates risk for both budget oversight and operational security. To me that shows the software still has a gap in understanding the practical needs of businesses particularly around admin control and security policies. I'd strongly advise other business owners and decision makers to be cautious, keep a very close eye on account settings and review billing regularly to reduce the risk. Right now the software highlights the need for business focused tools that offer not only capable design features but also stronger permission controls and better protection against unwanted financial impact. Because of these issues I'm even considering building an alternative platform that puts those business essentials first. A better solution would give companies tighter control over user permissions and billing consequences which is clearly something the market needs. Until the software fixes these shortcomings, businesses need to stay alert and actively manage these risks. Hopefully the software and similar providers start aligning their platforms more closely with the stricter requirements of professional organizations.

Simple and effective

Pros

It's a easy tool that helps teams move fast and is very collaboration focused. It has saved developers a lot of time.

Cons

Navigating the menus is a nightmare, with options scattered everywhere. The billing model is risky too: charges are triggered by the configuration and the number of users on each project. It's extremely hard to keep under control and ends up being very expensive. On top of that, they still charge VAT even when a VAT number is provided. Support is also painful to deal with, with people who act like it's your job to adapt to their system.

reliable platform

Pros

It offers a wide range of features and capabilities. It's fairly easy to work with and while it does take a bit of time to learn, it's an incredibly versatile tool for prototyping.

Cons

Teaching the software to graphic and web design students who are just being introduced to UI/UX design and prototyping can be challenging because it feels more complex than helpful when they're trying to learn both the theory and the software at the same time.

powerful online design workflow

Pros

Using an online tool that feels a lot like Photoshop while also including features that suit front-end web developers, saves us a significant amount of time during our web integration projects.

Cons

At times the platform can feel quite complex because of the many settings and parameters it lets you manage. A project manager may need some time to get used to it. Even so collaboration remains very easy.

amazing software

Pros

Collaborating in the software is a huge advantage and it really helps turn ideas into something tangible. The prototyping features are a big plus as well!

Cons

It needs some time to get used to and creating my own designs from scratch can be pretty challenging.

Keeps getting better

Pros

The component system is really solid and auto layout works well. Tokenizing the design system is also a big plus and helps keep everything consistent.

Cons

Prototyping has gotten better over time but it still feels limited when you compare it with other tools like ProtoPie :(

my choice!

Pros

A good UI/UX design software and its interface feels very clean, simple and visually appealing. Even though it doesn't overload you with too many tools, it still gives you everything needed to design pretty much anything which is honestly a very cool part of using it. Another big advantage is that there's no need to install any software, just open it in a web browser and start working. It also offers a lot of plugins for icons, tables, chat elements and plenty of other design needs.

Cons

I haven't come across any drawbacks with the software; it feels completely perfect to me.

excellent live collaboration tools

Pros

Working live with other people on the team is one of the best parts. The image and design customization is very strong and the huge number of templates and plugins gives you tools for almost any need.

Cons

Sometimes images end up placed on X and Y positions with decimals and when exporting, a thin white line appears in that space. That's really the only issue and it's a minor detail that's fairly easy to fix.

hidden interface, limited formats

Pros

The vector tools seem strong in theory and it could actually work well for animations. The problem is that it turns into a lot of dragging things around because once you lock an artboard or a frame, the objects get stuck as well. That gets very annoying.

Cons

The interface feels cluttered and a lot of functions are hidden away so working accessiblely is difficult. On top of that, the software still can't open or export many important file formats.

Reliable dev handoff

Pros

Right away the software feels like it was made for modern web design and development workflows. The standout feature is the automatic code generation when you select elements in Development mode. Collaboration is excellent too especially when several designers are editing the same file at once without things getting in the way. On top of that, the comment mode is incredibly useful. Inline pins with comments are a huge improvement over the old back-and-forth of screenshots and emails.

Cons

Pricing runs a little high even if it's basically a standard professional tool at this point. Still, it would be nice to see more affordable multi-user plans.

Nice templates

Pros

Right away the software's design features really stood out to me. The built-in templates are especially good and the design tools themselves are very useful for getting work done efficiently.

Cons

The part I like least about the software is that it's a paid design tool and some features aren't available to free users.

pixel perfect handoff delight

Pros

Working with the software as a developer makes implementing designs incredibly easy. The ability to inspect individual elements and check every pixel value is absolutely invaluable.

Cons

There's nothing to complain about. I love every part of the software and for web design, it's the best design software I've ever used.

better than many other options

Pros

Over the years the software has become the industry standard and one of its biggest strengths is that it opened design up to anyone with a laptop and internet access even for free. There's still room to improve the overall experience and add more features but nothing else comes close to the software. I've tested plenty of other tools throughout my 10+ year career and it still stands well ahead of the rest.

Cons

Interactive prototyping still feels a bit underdeveloped. Managing components can get messy at times and I've also run into a few specific bugs. On top of that, having a functional mobile version would be amazing.. probably a big ask but it's definitely something I'd love to see.

Collaborative design hub

Pros

Having the whole design workflow in one place makes collaboration much better for the team. After everyone gets familiar with the platform, it becomes really useful for making edits, leaving comments, working from the designs for code and more. It's also helpful that previous versions can be saved within the same file so there's an archive to look back on later.

Cons

A frustrating part is having to switch to the desktop app to edit certain text since some fonts aren't available in the web version. It would also be better to have horizontal tabs or another navigation option that lets you jump straight to a single design in a file instead of scrolling in multiple directions while all the designs sit next to each other. Smart features would be useful too, like adding a guideline that prevents elements from being moved past a certain point which would be much clearer than relying only on visual guides.

helpful for design handoff

Pros

From a developer's perspective, it's a really solid tool for showing exactly how a design should be translated into code and makes communication around onboarding much clearer.

Cons

Over time though it has started to feel more resource-heavy and that can put a noticeable strain on system performance.

good for daily team workflows

Pros

This software has been excellent for us and both our development and marketing teams use it every day as part of our regular workflow.

Cons

Something I'd recommend is improving the design editing experience a little. Every now and then, I run into some difficulty when trying to edit my the software files.
