“clean visuals and recording”
Pros
The visuals and recording features are really solid and the platform is simple to use overall.
Cons
Screen sharing took some trial and error to figure out and it wasn't very simple.

“My review...”
Pros
When COVID shut everything down and meeting in person wasn't possible, this service was a lifesaver. Even now that we're open again, we still rely on it for people who can't leave home and for Bible study since joining this way is more convenient than driving to the church building.
Cons
At times, getting connected can be difficult. I also wish the admin side showed the name of the person calling in rather than only displaying a phone number.

“convenient remote calling”
Pros
Made it simple for staff and members to join calls without having to leave home or step away from work.
Cons
A few staff and members couldn't use their phones because of limitations with their mobile carrier so they weren't able to call in.

“zoom-like features but annoying logouts”
Pros
Does a nice job of mirroring a lot of the Zoom features I rely on which makes it pretty familiar to use. The waiting room, permanent meeting link and overall video conferencing tools are solid especially things like virtual backgrounds, private chat and file sharing. Screen-sharing annotation is also a strong addition and feels very similar to what Zoom offers which is a big advantage.
Cons
One thing that really gets frustrating is the desktop app constantly signing me out of my account. I end up logging back in over and over and that's not something I deal with in other apps unless I manually log out. I've also run into server or connection issues during meetings, with glitches and random disconnects that force me to refresh more often than I should. The annotation tool could use some work too because when someone marks up my screen share or I mark up theirs, it should appear directly on the main shared screen instead of only in a separate preview window. I'd also really like to see a pop-out minimized meeting window added, like in Google Meet or Zoom so clients can still see each other while working in other programs.

“my go-to all year”
Pros
Right from the start, FCC felt accessible and simple for anyone to use, with a very user-friendly setup. I was unsure about it at first but it has become the tool I rely on most and I've been using it as my go-to for nearly a year now. At this point, I honestly couldn't do my work without it.
Cons
Have got nothing negative to say and there isn't anything I dislike about using it. The only real issue is that not enough people seem to know about it yet and whenever I've introduced FCC to others, they've ended up loving it too.

“reliable and budget-friendly”
Pros
It's affordable, simple to use and manage and has been reliable overall.
Cons
How callers are marked as "favourites" for handling muting has been changed several times and it hasn't always worked very well.

“user friendly!”
Pros
Getting people up and running with this platform takes little to no training which has been a huge benefit for both users and participants. It also adapted really well to changing needs especially during the pandemic when flexibility mattered most. Another big plus was customer service, they answered our questions quickly and always came back with helpful solutions.
Cons
There are plenty of additional features available that we ultimately chose not to use, even though they could have been useful.

“I liked it overall”
Pros
One thing that really helps is being able to see the caller's phone number right away and I also like that each caller shows up in a different colored box.
Cons
A limitation for me is that I can't add graphics, artwork or promotional images when sending out meeting invitations.

“quite convenient”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about this service is the flexibility it offers.
Cons
Muting and unmuting the whole call takes too many button presses. It would make more sense to have a separate code for presentation mode so participants could unmute themselves.

“Browser-based meetings done right”
Pros
Using it has been really simple and the service quality is impressive especially for a free tool. I also appreciate that everything works right in the browser so there's no need to download a separate app.
Cons
A limitation is that when screen sharing is on, I can't see the other people in the call.

“Amazing”
Pros
What I really liked is that the meeting link stays the same for every session and never changes.
Cons
When I have a recurring meeting and need to update the date or time, the "all meetings in series" option doesn't always apply the change to every meeting in that series. Another limitation is that recurring meetings can only be set to repeat up to 10 times. In my business, I often need meetings to repeat 20 times or more so I usually have to choose the "indefinitely" option and then delete the extra ones afterward which gets a bit tiring.

“incredible results”
Pros
The basic plan being available at no cost has been a big help for us. It's supported the launch and continued hosting of our Wednesday morning corporate prayer audio meeting for the last 6 to 7 years.
Cons
At the moment, I'm not sure whether it's tied to our subscription tier but some participants haven't been able to dial in.

“easy access”
Pros
Being able to include members who can't attend in person has been really valuable for our congregation and the pricing feels like a good fit for our budget.
Cons
One thing I'd change is how late call-ins are handled after the meeting has already started. It would be better if only the administrator received alerts for new callers because right now the whole group hears the person joining along with their name and that can be disruptive.

“reliable meetings every time”
Pros
Really, I appreciate how simple it is to use and the meeting quality stays consistently reliable every time.
Cons
Every now and then some participants lose connection or their video freezes though that seems more tied to their own internet issues.

“made consultations simpler for us”
Pros
We use the audio conferencing feature for consultation calls and networking meetings and it does the job well for both.
Cons
Every now and then, customers complain that the number isn't toll-free so they have to pay to dial into our audio conferencing line.

“works so well”
Pros
Every week, my friends and I use this free conference calling service for an hour of prayer together. Since there's no cost, it's much simpler for everyone to join and that has really helped us stay consistent. We've witnessed amazing miracles through these prayer sessions, both in our own lives and in the lives of many others we've prayed for. All glory to God and this platform has made those gatherings possible.
Cons
At times, the call quality isn't very clear and the volume can be too low to hear everyone properly.

“Loved using it”
Pros
One thing that really works in its favor is the accessibility. It's also very helpful that multiple callers can be on at the same time which makes group conversations and collaboration much more convenient.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. The only issue I can recall was being unable to access the system twice over the past five years so it has been very reliable overall.
