Pros

Using it has been very simple and the 24/7 customer support is easily one of its strongest features. Since I host tele-calls and video presentations, I regularly rely on the support team to help participants with questions, trouble joining live events and accessing the replay recordings.

Cons

Just a very minor one, the built-in invitation templates have to be sent individually instead of in bulk. But thats not a con, I usually work around that by sharing the main event details on social media and then following up with the full information by email and text. I still recommend this software!

Pros

After trying a bunch of web conferencing tools before, like Webex, Hangouts, GoToMeeting and others, I was specifically searching for a conference call platform online that was actually free. The only one I came across that truly delivers on that is freeconferencecall.com. There are plenty of conferencing products on the market but this one honestly feels like the best of the lot. Being free is already a huge advantage yet they haven't stripped away important features because of it. You can host up to 1000 participants at once, share your screen, run meetings without time limits, use both video and audio, access it on mobile and a lot more. It's genuinely impressive. I really don't see much reason to pick another tool over this one.

Cons

I have very little to criticize here. It's a really impressive product overall. If I had to be extra picky, I'd say the layout could be improved when it comes to viewing yourself, the audience and the document you're sharing at the same time especially when the file is stored in the cloud instead of on your desktop. On very rare occasions, audio or video from the other person doesn't come through though that seems more related to internet connection issues than the software itself. I'd also prefer if it worked as a completely browser-based product without requiring any desktop app download.
