“Solid setup for everyday business needs

Pros

It has really made things easier for us. We use it for everything managing documents, organizing files, handling emails through Gmail and hopping on video calls with Google Meet. It's been a solid all-in-one tool for our work.

Cons

They usually bump up the pricing but this time they added Gemini AI into the package, so it kinda balanced out. Glad they included that instead of charging extra.

Since it's all cloud-based, everything depends on your internet. When my connection's slow, I've had times where it didn't save stuff or threw errors which can be annoying.

Google Workspace is just easy to work with. The interface is really user-friendly and it helps us collaborate across teams in real time. I like that it keeps our files secure and lets us control who sees what. Plus having Gmail, Chat, Calendar and Meet all in one place makes life so much easier. The extra security features like 2FA and data protection give me peace of mind too.

It's been really easy for me to learn all the features. Everything's going great, no complaints so far.

It works great with other tools and is just simple to use. No issues getting around or figuring things out.

Cons

The email thread limit is a pain. I deal with long email chains in my job and once it hits 100 messages, I can't see who replied or what they said. It's caused a few misunderstandings which is frustrating.

Really love how you can use it across everything. I can drop a doc link into an email or sheet and it all just flows together. Super convenient.

Cons

Trying to move documents around in Drive can take more time than it should. I usually just open a second tab to make it quicker.
