Pros

Having everything in one place really helps. It also does a good job encouraging member engagement and the privacy features add extra confidence when using it.

Cons

One limitation is that customization feels restricted if you are not an admin so regular users do not get as much flexibility. Pricing can also be a concern depending on the budget.
