Unmatched Customer Support

Pros

The support and success team along with the content templates were invaluable. Plus the effort put into setting up the foundation for our site made the actual implementation much easier. And the numerous examples and templates available for inspiration were very useful.Lastly, tbh it was the people who made the entire experience so positive.

Cons

There is a limited selection of default text options native to the SharePoint product. While this seems more like a limitation on SharePoint's side than hubley's, I would have preferred more options for text, fonts and colors to be available within the tool.

Made everything so much simpler!!

Pros

Hubley is pretty user friendly and the team has been fantastic to work with. We were searching for an intranet that integrated smoothly with M365 and it has certainly provided that experience.

Cons

Honestly nothing at all, the intranet owner I have found it easy to use and I have received excellent feedback from both our employees and leadership.
