“We cannot work without it

We have been using HYPE Innovation as the core platform for Leonardo, our internal system designed to collect, evaluate and advance ideas from employees across the company. Our experience has been highly positive and it has played a key role in shaping and enhancing our innovation processes. It is a powerful tool that allows employees to easily share and develop ideas. Also its customizable, user-friendly interface makes engaging employees at all levels simple. The idea submission and evaluation process is also simple which encourages participation and helps us quickly identify and act on the best ideas. We particularly appreciate the collaboration features that enable cross-functional teams to refine ideas together. The analytics and reporting tools offer valuable insights into innovation trends and employee engagement. Plus the customer support has been outstanding as they all are responsive, helpful and always available to assist with technical questions or best practice requests. Their proactive approach and willingness to tailor solutions to our specific needs has been a great asset.

Cons

There is a lot to appreciate about it and like any powerful platform, there is always room for growth. So one area that I feel like could be improved is the onboarding experience.

The huge thanks to it OSIP has become a vital tool for advancing research, identifying emerging trends and driving collaboration within our organization and beyond.

Stage gate processes need some customization to fully align with our needs.

Also the platforms ongoing development and maturity show their dedication to staying ahead of industry demands.

No downsides to share from our side. They are a fantastic organization to work with.

If there is one thing to improve I think it would be making some of the advanced features more user friendly for first-time users.

HYPE Innovation is a fantastic all in one tool. For the first time it allowed us to bring our entire Innovation Ecosystem to life. This has given us the chance to make the most of our ecosystem and expand it while collaborating seamlessly across the organization globally. What makes it even better is the team behind it. They are a group of excellent professionals and wonderful people who help us with any platform related needs quickly and efficiently. That is why we see them not just as a partner but as an extension of our own team.

I cannot really find anything negative. As even when there is the rare minor bug, the team is quick to resolve it before anyone notices.

Well I feel like the data reporting and dashboards could use some updates.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind for the Ideation platform. There are just a few design aspects of the Project module I wish had more flexibility.
