Everything you need to keep track of is all in one place.

Adding new users can be a bit tiring at times.

Meetings are fully paperless and being able to write directly in the document makes everything much more practical.

The password has to be changed too quickly which makes it a bit confusing.

Managing the agenda works really well and being able to add attachments to the agenda items is a big plus.

Only downside is that attachments can only be uploaded one agenda item at a time.

After using a different board portal before, switching to it has been a big improvement. It's incredibly user-friendly and flexible and we're able to manage the entire environment ourselves while giving people exactly the access rights they need.

Week after week, iBabs has been very dependable for me. It loads quickly, handles our very large PDF files without any trouble and performs consistently well. I use it on both my iPad and MacBook at the same time and the syncing between devices has been excellent.

Cons

I'm happy with the overall set of features but it really works best when the whole team fully commits to going paperless.

Pros

It's a climate and environmentally friendly software solution which is something I really value.

Cons

Downside is that the connection with other software packages or Outlook could be better.
