Pros
What I love most about this tool is how easily it connects with my everyday office tools especially Office 365. I can manage everything from one spot without the clutter. It's super handy for accessing key info, people and processes all in one clean interface.
Cons
Honestly there are so many tools and features in here that I got kinda lost at the start. It's like using one of those all-in-one platforms where the admin interface feels overwhelming at first. My first time using it was during a presentation, so yeah definitely a learning curve.

Pros
One thing I genuinely appreciate is how well Igloo works on mobile. A lot of other platforms struggle with that but this one nails it.
Cons
The user interface is solid but I wish it came with more built-in functionality. Other than that, it's been a smooth experience.

The features Igloo comes with are solid. Plus their support team is always on point, very responsive and know what they're doing.
Cons
The knowledge base explains the basics okay but I've had to dig through forums way too often for stuff I thought would be easy to find. Would love a more detailed help section.

It keeps things simple and clean. It's web-based and honestly it does a better job than some of those overcomplicated project tools out there. Great for internal comms and managing tasks.
Cons
Last time I used It, I really wished it had more project management tools like assigning individual tasks or tracking milestones. That'd make a big difference.

It's decent if you're just looking for a basic file storage setup. But once things get more complex, it kinda falls short.
Cons
Notifications are pretty bad honestly. Calendar invites just vanish and the whole notification system feels clunky and unreliable.

Pros
This has made our work life easier. One cool thing is that we can edit docs right in MS Office which is very convenient. It's easy to use and everyone on our team picked it up quickly.
Cons
It can be tough trying to look up employees when you're dealing with a company this big. We've got thousands of people, so that's understandable but still, it's a good tool overall.

It comes pretty much ready to go. It's got built-in tools for things like onboarding, news, department pages and more. There's no tech fuss involved, it's all about getting your team to use it effectively.
Cons
There's not much I dislike about It. It was quick to deploy and easy to get running. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the integrations could be Issue.

Pros
The consulting support from Igloo made a huge difference for us. Customizing the portal to fit our needs helped us grow quickly. It integrates everything from calendars to events, to fit our fast-moving workflow.
Cons
I expected the people directory to be more flexible especially with 700+ employees. Our team structure is kinda unique, so it's been a challenge figuring out how to search by team, leader or location. Also wish I could save contact cards straight to my phone from the directory.

“Strong intranet service for companies
Pros
It's really simple to set up and roll out for the whole company. Everyone can manage their own space and the interface makes adding or updating info very simple.
Cons
This wasn't really the software's fault but we had a tough time getting everyone on board. A lot of that came down to the fact there wasn't a clear tutorial or training on how to actually use It properly.

“Looks great but setup is difficult
Pros
Igloo's got it all, blogs, chat, feeds, groups, you name it. It's super customizable too. And honestly even the default design looks modern and clean. It just feels fresh right out of the box.
Cons
Setting up Igloo was rough. You really need to go for a higher service plan to get proper support. It's easy customizable which is great but also kind of a pain because it's hard to figure out the best setup and then actually do it.
