“Our remote team replaced all collaboration apps with one integrated solution
Pros
As a business with a primarily remote workforce, staying connected across the country/ and globally is crucial. Before that we used separate tools like Slack for team messaging, GoToMeeting for video conferencing and Ringcentral for phone services. Infinite Connect is a unified platform that combines all these features into one, helping us save on monthly subscription costs. Whether in an office, coworking space or working from home, Infinite Connect keeps us connected and productive.
Cons
Everything has been great so far although we haven't tested all the features yet.

“Seamless, professional, and requires zero installs
Pros
We conduct webinars and web meetings, often with participants who have limited internet or computer skills. Infinite Connect makes this process seamless like sending a link and the visitor clicks it , it's that simple. The platform's look is always up to date and overall, it's unmatched. We've tested all major web meeting solutions, and Infinite Connect stands out. Their support is also excellent.
Cons
Honestly I have no complaints. It provides all the features we need.

“An amazing platform with amazing customer service
Pros
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, nearly everyone has become familiar with online meetings and webinars. Having used almost every platform available, I can confidently say that OnStream stands out for its high quality video and reliable connections. Unlike platforms like teams, zoom, and Adobe Connect, which often suffer from audio/video degradation, OnStream consistently supports excellent 2 way communication. The HTML5 platform is simple, easy to explain to first time users, and the ability to create custom layouts on the fly makes it more engaging than other platforms. Also the content-sharing feature for cloud-based group control of slides is essential for multiple presenters. The operator assist feature has also been incredibly helpful for larger events requiring more hands-on support. While no platform is without room for improvement, Onstream remains a very solid choice for online events.
Cons
Occasionally we run into random bugs that require workarounds, but this is typical with most platforms so I don't hold it against OnStream too much. It would be helpful to have a centralized place to check release notes and product roadmaps, so we can see upcoming features or bug fixes. I hope there will be the ability to have more than 14 people on screen with 2-way audio/video communication soon. Right now, that's one of my biggest limitations with the platform. I'd also like to see the custom layouts feature allow users to save specific layouts for future use.
