Right after getting everything set up, it quickly turned into the go-to place for every bit of project information. Updates, issues, photos and everything else finally had one home under the Interacta umbrella. We've used it across multiple projects and it has consistently been useful every time.

Hardest part at first was getting my clients to move away from email-based communication and start using Interacta instead. Once we got past that initial adjustment period though, everything went smoothly.

One of the best parts is how flexible it is when you need to build a process that fits your workflow. It's also very simple to customize so adapting it to specific needs doesn't take much effort.

Something that would make it even better is opening the environment to suppliers or customers so there could be a single collaboration point for all of the company's stakeholders.

To get the best results from it, strong integration and communication with other systems are really important. That can sometimes become an issue, not because of this tool itself but because of the costs involved and the timelines required by the IT department.

From activation through implementation, the team supported the entire process really well. They understood our needs and adapted the environment accordingly. The interface is extremely user friendly which allowed the whole team to become operational almost immediately with minimal training and very little impact on tracking daily tasks.

Since the platform can be adapted to cover virtually all business functions, there may be some features that are not available out of the box. That said, they can be added through custom development based on specific needs.

Honestly nothing comes to mind. Since the product was customized for us, it felt immediately aligned with what we were looking for and we haven't had any particular needs beyond that.

Being able to customize different workspaces and choose exactly which people to include was really valuable especially for creating thematic and regional subgroups. The repository section was just as helpful as well.

The part I appreciated less was that posts are not shown in chronological order and whenever there is a new comment, a post published days earlier goes back to the top of the homepage.
