Signing up for iTelecenter was not a hassle as it was way too simple and using it has been just as easy. As soon as I created an account, I logged in and got my number set up right away. The online dashboard is really convenient and packed with features that help my business, like generating reports, saving important voicemails, setting up greetings and adjusting extensions whenever I need to. We run a family business and our phone line was a mess and we kept losing customers because callers were getting busy signals when we got too many calls at once. After signing up for iTelecenter, I set everything up myself in just 15 minutes and it fixed all our problems. Plus whenever I have questions or run into an issue, their customer service team has been amazing as they are always friendly and quick to respond. I highly recommend this service and plan to keep using it for any business needs. It's been a total game-changer for us!
