Only site managers and leadership have the ability to make posts, so not everyone has access to post things.

Using Jostle is easy to learn. Once I get the hang of it, everything becomes super simple. It is user-friendly and the customer support is always reliable. Overall it's been a great experience

I haven't run into any issues or big challenges with it so far.

There are so many features and tools available and everything is really easy to use. The layout is smooth which makes it simple to find and access what I need.

There are a lot of features and things in here that we don't really need.

“Who knew work could be this fun?

Pros

The way it's set up feels like a comfortable workspace which is exactly what I need for remote work. Sharing and accessing content is so easy and it has a fun, social media vibe to it. Plus, it's really simple to integrate with different businesses which is a huge benefit.

Cons

The content management system is fun to use but it can get a little messy if admins don't keep it organized properly. Maybe there could be some easy guides or tips for admins on how to keep everything neat, relevant and organized like color coding or something?

“Easy-to-use & efficient

Pros

Navigating is very easy. Creating posts is very easy and I love that I can schedule them. It's definitely handy.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of the birthday message popping up first when I open the app.

Pros

It was really easy to integrate into our business and it has grown with our needs. It's so user-friendly and the mobile app makes it even better. It helps us connect with and engage all our employees and we can easily share information, announcements and job postings.

Cons

The permissions, security settings and access setup could definitely be improved.

“Simple intranet solution

Pros

The ease of use and how quickly I could get things set up blew me away. I barely needed any training to get started.

Cons

I'm not really sure but it works for the level of intranet we were looking for.

It's really easy for everyone on the team to get access which makes it so much easier for us to stay connected and get things done.

Cons

It would be great if we could make the Jostle landing page more unique with custom links and logos but unfortunately that's not really possible right now.

“Works for what we need

Pros

It's super reliable for posting news articles to the team. Unlike some of our other software, it hasn't let us down yet.

Cons

The editable text boxes are okay but they don't offer much customization. It's fine for basic editing but I wish there were more options to control how things look.

Pros

Honestly I didn't expect it to work this well before I gave it a try. It's perfect for staying connected with people.

Cons

I haven't noticed any major flaws but a slightly faster, simpler interface would be a nice improvement.

“Best collaboration tool!

Pros

Jostle makes it really easy and efficient to collaborate especially when I'm working with a large team.

Cons

It works as expected and so far, we haven't had any negative experiences worth mentioning.

“Smooth & interactive intranet

Pros

The shout-outs feature is perfect for quick recognition and it really helps draw attention to important info. The news articles keep everyone updated with company-wide news. The "Teams" and "People" features help us quickly find out who's who and where they sit in the company.

Cons

The look and feel of the Classifieds section isn't as good as the rest of the intranet, so we don't really use it. Also having to add a new user and then separately add them to Teams is pretty time-consuming. I wish that could be automated when adding a new user.

“Jostle connects our team

Pros

It helps me stay connected with the staff. I can post exciting news along with important updates. We change things up so it's not boring for the younger staff and we can track who's reading what. The directory of policies and procedures is super helpful for easy access.

Cons

The directory can be a bit hard to use at times.

Pros

It was so easy to implement and use. We've used it for so many things from our staff directory to communication, and even for fun events and contests to keep everyone engaged. The colorful design makes it super appealing to the staff and they enjoy accessing it!

Cons

Sometimes we had glitches when uploading documents but customer support has always been there to help. The news section could use more capacity for typing up longer articles but I know an update is coming to fix that.

“Huge fans of Jostle!

Pros

My favorite feature is the Activity/News Feed. I also love that I can export the feed into an Excel file. If someone gets recognized for outstanding work, I add them to a prize draw. At the end of the month, I export the feed and put everyone into a draw. It's really easy, so employees of all levels can use it with ease.

Cons

I wish there were more options to customize the news articles like changing fonts or colors. Also the Library section feels a bit complicated with all the layers (categories, volumes, etc.). Plus you have to manually assign editing permissions to each category and volume which is a problem.
