Pros

One thing I appreciate most about this software is being able to set up and program its features without needing to be a mathematician.

Cons

I do miss the "Tab" version of Online Databases and I'm still constantly adjusting the database to make it feel more organized.

Hands down, the biggest advantage of Kohezion is the amazing customer service. That kind of support is rare now. Being able to jump on a Zoom call with IT and have someone take the time to walk me through questions and customizations has been incredible. Thierry Tremblay was especially fantastic,friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful in shaping our platform around what we needed. That level of one-on-one attention is hard to find these days. Definitely 5 stars. Support like this is exactly why we'll stay loyal customers for a long time.

Cons

Honestly not much to complain about. If you're new to building things out, it can feel a little confusing at first but the IT support they offer makes it a complete non-issue. You can send them an email and they'll either take care of it, get you the answer or set up a meeting with the right person to help.

Pros

Getting started with this program felt surprisingly natural. The concepts, workflows and tools are presented in a way that makes them quick to understand even without much database experience. It made it possible to build a functional database that did exactly what I needed and produced useful data output. The one-on-one onboarding was especially valuable and honestly unexpected since most companies would charge a lot for that kind of support, if they even offered it. That training helped me understand the software much faster and saved me from what would have otherwise been a long, frustrating process through chat or email.

Cons

None. The speed from searching for a database solution to being fully up and running was genuinely impressive.

Pros

It covers pretty much everything needed for cloud-based databases and the applications built on top of them. The interface feels user friendly and it's simple to walk users through, even if they don't have much experience with traditional databases or how they work. The team have been extremely helpful, responding fast, providing excellent support and offering several options when extra development tools are needed.

Cons

The browser-based help documentation could be a little more detailed but whenever questions came up, the support team answered them very quickly through email and phone.

Keeping track of grants awarded to our nonprofit clients is much more manageable with this software.

I'd really appreciate the option to export all report results into a file format, such as pivot tables, instead of relying on screenshots. It would also help to have a library of informational videos that walk through different tasks and reports so answers are quicker to find and easier to revisit when needed.

Pros

Kohezion has been really useful for tracking our fundraising sources, projects, clients and writers. Getting everything set up was simple and I was genuinely impressed by how many features were included. Another big plus is how quickly I can update the structure when users ask for changes or when we need to adjust it to fit our workflow which usually only takes a few minutes.

Cons

Don't have any complaints. The software has delivered exactly what it promised and whenever I've had a question, the customer support team has always helped me work through it.

After working with Microsoft Access in the past, I needed a cloud-based database builder that would be a good fit for one of my clients. I explored several alternatives before coming across this tool and thankfully I did. It turned out to be exactly what I needed to create the database solution on this platform. When a few questions came up, Thierry, the Customer Solutions Director, got back to me within 24 hours. He didn't just answer everything thoroughly,he also walked me through some simpler workflows that helped me put together an even better solution for my client.

At this point, I really haven't come across any downsides. Anything I was unsure about at the beginning was fully clarified by Thierry.

Getting started with it was simple and it offers a ton of features for the price. Being able to try it out with a free trial before committing was a big plus too.

To get started with it takes very little effort. The free trial gives you room to explore, test ideas and figure out what actually fits your needs best. It also feels reassuring knowing there are real people behind the product who are ready to step in and help when needed, instead of leaving you to figure everything out alone. It really comes across as a people-focused platform.

We began on the free version and there were moments when it felt a little slow. After moving up to the full package though, everything fell into place without much trouble.

Comes with a full set of features, offers strong security and the customer service has been excellent. The data storage also meets both European and Canadian standards and having the servers based in Canada is another big plus.

It's highly customizable for our own metadata and attributes, handles our growing and changing records really well and stays simple to use without feeling overly complicated.

Every now and then the software crashes and we have to log back in again.

Love that they provide plenty of instructional videos for setup and getting started is easier now. The support team was fantastic during implementation and stayed helpful the entire time through both phone and email. Once everything was configured, the database was simple to use. Being able to access the database from anywhere has been something we really appreciate.

Being able to create your own database system exactly the way you want is the standout benefit for me.

I'd still like the option to set up different views within the same project, along with a stronger reporting platform and more ways to work with the data stored in the database.

Building a cloud-based database application with this tool has been a very positive experience. The interface comes with a rich collection of objects and controls so it's relatively simple to create something secure, polished and fast, with the kind of features you'd expect from a major platform in this space. It checks every box I want in a cloud product like this, strong cybersecurity, dependable day-to-day operation and excellent functionality through the many objects, tools and widgets available to give my application a modern, capable and attractive interface. It also makes development, maintenance and environment administration simple, includes a detailed audit trail and is backed by outstanding support, thorough documentation and helpful tutorials. Also, it's very affordable. What makes the whole package even better is the company culture. From customer support all the way to the CEO, the team is accessible, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I'm more than satisfied,I'm genuinely impressed by the quality, speed, dedication and care they bring to their service.

At this point, I really don't have anything I dislike. If I had to mention one thing, I'd love to see even more branding options in the future. To be clear, branding features already exist so this is more of a wishlist item than an actual complaint.

Getting started with it was very simple and learning how to use it didn't take long. We needed to move data over from another CRM and my rep was able to recreate our existing system in Kohezion without any trouble. It has worked really well for us.

I haven't run into anything I dislike. And if something does come up, I know I can reach out to customer service and they'll work with me to adjust it the way I want.
