Kroolo has been a really solid fit for the way I work because it automates a lot of the process and keeps everything connected in one place. I needed something that could handle both my files and my workflow while staying very organized and up to this point, Kroolo has done that well. The AI integration is also something I genuinely enjoy using.

Cons

The biggest downside is the speed. Whenever I click on a task, it takes a few seconds to load and open which can be frustrating. I'd definitely like to see it respond faster.

Right away, the clean layout made the app feel approachable and simple to use. Nothing seems overly complicated so it's easy to plan out my day, set goals and monitor my progress without extra effort. It does a really good job of helping me stay focused especially when I'm juggling several things at once.

At times, the app can be a bit slow when moving between tasks and I'd love to see more templates designed for students. A mobile version with a better-looking and more polished UI would also make managing things on the go much more convenient.
