“Perfect fit for my workflow”
Pros
What I love about Leadmonk is how simple their workflows are. On top of that it is the only scheduling platform that lets me use it on my own domain which really helps me look more professional to my clients.
Cons

“Superb app”
Pros
Leadmonk is the best because not only is it easy to use but works great on mobile and sends both email and SMS alerts. The routing and workflows are spot on and keep improving. Plus they have started adding payment gateways so I can charge for appointments if I want.
Cons
There is nothing I can think of. I was looking for something different from Calendly with better routing options for managing a team and this platform offers all that and more.

“Works best for us”
Pros
It solved a very specific problem for the Rize community, something that would have taken us forever to build ourselves. Even then it probably would not have been as seamless. Mentors can get onboarded in under 5 minutes. All of them are listed on one page and community members can easily book 1 on 1 time. We can even add questions for the mentors to review before meetings. The founder himself makes sure we get quick support whenever we need it.
Cons
While it is already pretty flexible when it comes to customization, it would be great to have even more options for visual design and layout to better represent our brand. Another feature I would love to see in future updates is stronger security. If there was a guaranteed way to control who can access calendar links, it would really take the platform to the next level.

“Better option than Chili Piper”
Pros
Their customer service is very responsive. Whenever I had a question it was answered pretty quickly. I also like that I can set up routers and install them myself without having to depend on customer service. One of their competitors, Klenty's Schedule IQ had good service too but not being able to create and install a router without their help was a deal breaker for us. Plus I like that I can manage the routers on my Leadmonk account without using up a user seat. And unlike Chili Piper Leadmonk does not charge extra platform fees which was too expensive for us.
Cons
I would prefer if we could just pay for the routing functionality alone. We do not really need the other individual booking/scheduling features like Calendly, since we already get that with our Google Workspace subscription. Other than that I do not have any complaints. With the new visual workflow display, creating a Router and understanding the logic is much easier. One thing I'd love to see for the price we are paying per user as it would be awesome if each user could have multiple display emails and if we could brand each router separately. We are a small company with a few different brands/products but we had to pick just one for all our routers.

“User-friendly and simple”
Pros
Ease of use is really important not only for me but for my customers too. Leadmonk software was simple to set up and the control panel is also fairly easy to navigate. Since I travel to meet my clients having the buffer feature to allow travel time between appointments is a game changer. Embedding the widget on my site was also not a problem as it only requires a simple copy paste.
Cons
If I had to pick a small issue it would be that available appointment days are highlighted in grey which made some clients think those days were unavailable. I added a note in the appointment description to clear up the confusion but a more inviting color for availability would be a lot more intuitive.

“Perfect for scheduling across teams”
Pros
Leadmonk is probably one of the most feature packed scheduling platforms out there. Setting up teams and making sure they succeed is a smooth and easy process. Also it integrates well with top CRMs and makes the workflow simple. We can also easily link it to other tools through API or campaign links. The scheduling routers make it quite easy for AE and Sales teams to connect with the right people at the right time.
Cons
There are a few things we noticed in the UI that could use some improvement but the team is quick to address them.

“An affordable option”
Pros
I find its pricing way more reasonable compared to Chilipiper's. I was looking for a solution for my company with 5 sales reps and Leadmonk had everything I needed. It worked flawlessly and had a friendlier UX than Chilipiper which takes longer to get the hang of. For me, fair pricing, good functionality and a great support experience were the deciding factors for going with it.

“Reliable for managing leads”
Pros
The UI is really easy to use. The HubSpot integration works perfectly and lets us tackle the lead flow issues we had before. The implementation was quick and smooth and customer support has been amazing. We use it every day to create the best demo journey for our prospects.

Pros
Leadmonk's dedicated support is simply amazing. Their response times are very fast. Plus it has helped us turn more leads into top of funnel conversations, which means more pipeline and more revenue.
Cons
It might not be the most intuitive tool I have used but in many ways, it makes up for that because Naveen and his team are always ready to help and support their clients whenever needed.
