They are meant for professionals not for ads or spam. But I've noticed a lot of people just post spammy stuff with no real effort and LinkedIn doesn't always do much about it. It kind of takes away from the real purpose of these groups.

I think LinkedIn Groups are super helpful. If you're a professional looking to connect with others in your field or even in different industries, this is something you should definitely use. It's made it easier for me to reach potential buyers. These groups help you stay focused on the right audience. I've joined about 97 groups so far and it's really boosted how many people see my posts like 10 times more! There are all kinds of groups based on what you do what you're into or what kind of products or organizations you're part of. You just find the ones that make sense for you and hop in. Ever since I started posting in them, I've noticed a lot more people engaging with my content. Plus I get to talk to experts which helps me learn and make better connections. It's easy to join and I pretty much use it every day to share my stuff.

I don't really have any big complaints but one small thing is the limit, you can only join up to 100 groups unless you go premium.

It's frustrating when groups are filled with spammy content and it's hard to find useful posts. Even when I try joining relevant groups, some admins just reject requests for no clear reason which is pretty annoying.
