“excellent UI and project management

Pros

There are quite a few things that I like about it such as the user interface and project management features in Loopio which are excellent.

Cons

The export function does not work as expected. I often run into issues with formatting changes.

Loopio is a very user-friendly platform for content management making it easy for us to delegate tasks across different projects.

Cons

Its slow interface is the least favorite feature of mine. While navigating is easy still I feel like adding more people to the review cycle could be much more efficient.

It is very well organized and finding information is a piece of cake. I also really like the checkpoints that ensure the information stays up to date.

Cons

The import function can be a bit tricky and when uploading PDFs I occasionally experience formatting issues.

I love how this tool encourages collaboration. Plus multiple people can work together in real-time to provide a comprehensive solution for potential clients.

Well I am really impressed with this tool, there are not many challenges with this solution.

Pros

The more you use it, the more efficient and time-saving it becomes. If your team deals with a lot of RFPs Loopio is essential. It helps manage the RFP process and store knowledge effectively. It allows our Sales Engineers to quickly handle RFPs and gives our AEs easy access to answers for technical questions, without needing to go through the Sales Engineering team. Overall this saves them time for more important tasks like demos and tackling complex issues.

Cons

It does require some training to use effectively. You cannot just give someone access and expect them to start using it right away. Most of the training revolves around getting familiar with navigating the platform. But once you get the hang of it though it's very user-friendly.
