“Great software for our staff
Pros
I work at a major law firm where attorneys rely on LoopUp for conference calls, both in the office and remotely. It's crucial that it's easy to use and functions smoothly in both environments and I really appreciate how user-friendly LoopUp is for all situations.
Cons
You'll need to adjust your sound settings depending on the conference tool you're using at that time. Since I work with five different conferencing tools daily, this can be a bit of a hassle.

“I am not much impressed
Pros
Honestly compared to other video conferencing tools I've used, there's nothing that really makes LoopUp stand out.
Cons
The sound and image quality are often poor, with voices sounding distorted, drawnout or difficult to hear. I've also experienced high pitched noises that make it hard to understand the speaker. I can't choose which screen to share when using multiple monitors and also the ringing when people join a meeting is really disruptive.

“Great tool for keeping remote teams connected and working seamlessly
Pros
I like that you can see who's speaking. The host can mute any participant and sharing a screen is simple. Also there's a call log sent to the host after every meeting.
Cons
It would be nice to have multiple meeting rooms available especially if two different conference calls need to happen simultaneously.

“Solid tool
Pros
LoopUp is a reliable software I use regularly. I rarely have issues logging in and the call quality is always excellent.
Cons
There are too many login codes, which can be confusing. Simplifying the login process would help and the varying codes for different countries add another layer of confusion.

“Good basics, but needs more features
Pros
The dial-out feature is fantastic and I also appreciate the ability to pre-set meeting rooms with special settings (e.g recording, lecture mode).
Cons
First time users, especially clients, can get disoriented by the interface. I've also experienced call drops frequently. Being browser based can expose the attendee list when sharing your screen, which is problematic. A video feature would be a great addition.

“It is pretty reliable
Pros
The product is dependable and offers clear audio.
Cons
The operator's voice is much too loud compared to normal conversation levels. The beeps when joining calls are also way too loud and disruptive.
