Pros

The speed at which we can now access files has totally changed the game for our media and entertainment team.

The permissions system feels kind of limited. And I think offereing more flexibility will make it even better especially for teams with different access needs.

It is both powerful and simple and I find the proxy pinning feature quite useful too.

You do need a good amount of SSD storage but I figure out that using a bootable external works as a solid workaround for that.

We have had a good experience working on proxies at the same time. Also the interface is easy to navigate and does not overcomplicate things.

Overall not much to complain about though I do think support could be a bit quicker in getting back to requests.

It is very user friendly and makes remote work completely doable for me without stress.

Every now and then it randomly disconnects, which causes an improper shutdown and the result of it is that we end up losing some work. Well it is rare but definitely annoying.

Pros

The biggest benefit is the peace of mind. I no longer worry about having the latest file or checking which version is correct. Plus having one shared space where everyone works from has been a total upgrade. We have seen fewer errors and a smoother process ever since switching.

Cons

One feature I would love to see is user activity monitoring. As being able to track who uploaded what and when would be quite helpful for admin oversight and accountability.
