Pros
This thing makes integrations way easier than I expected. I get things done a lot faster now and overall, I just feel more efficient when I'm using it.
Cons

What I love most about Magical is how it helps me come up with really thoughtful and calming replies when customers are upset. It's honestly a huge help for de-escalating tough situations and wrapping up chats quickly. It's simple to use for customer support and works perfectly with Zendesk.
Cons
Sometimes I feel like I'm starting to rely too much on Magical and that might be making me a bit lazy with my own writing skills but hey, AI's the future, right?

“My favorite shortcut tool
Pros
I find It really easy to pick up. As someone handling multiple chats at once, it helps me reply quickly and stay on top of everything. It definitely makes my support job less stressful.
Cons
There's really nothing I dislike about this extension but if I had to nitpick, I'd say sometimes when I insert a template a phrase or two might get skipped or delayed. It's rare but it happens.

Pros
I like how it saves me the time I used to waste typing in the same info over and over. It's really efficient when it comes to automating stuff I need regularly.
Cons
Debugging can be tough sometimes and it's not always easy to figure out what went wrong. Also I wish they'd increase the free usage limit. That'd be a huge help for small businesses like mine.

It's built to help with fast, efficient writing and it totally delivers. The AI features, quick text tools and formatting options are spot on. It also integrates very fast with other sites and it's become a huge help in my customer support role especially for speeding up responses.
Cons
There's honestly nothing I don't like. I've been using It for the last three years and it's made writing way faster with features like auto-complete, text expansion and quick formatting.

“Lead scraping's much easier now
Pros
The scraping feature is my favorite part. Most tools that pull leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator to Google Sheets are paid but Magical does it for free. It's been great for grabbing big lead lists and sending them straight to my sheets.
Cons
One weird thing is that the plugin sometimes opens by itself even when I'm not trying to use it. Not a huge deal but kinda annoying.

I'm way more productive now because I get things done a lot faster. My job involves a ton of writing but using templates with Magical makes it very easy to reuse content and save time.
Cons
I don't think anything is useless, it's just that sometimes when I use multiple paragraphs, it doesn't format them properly and puts everything together without line breaks.

Pros
The extension is very user-friendly. It works great almost everywhere I use it and I hardly ever run into any issues when placing text.
Cons
Organizing my shortcuts is important to me. But the tags feature doesn't really work for team-shared shortcuts, so there's no good way for my team to split things up or keep everything neat.
